Great place to go and get your brakes serviced and replaced. They know what they are doing and will guide you with the necessary information to stay safe on the road. When I first got here as a Fort Campbell soldier, I was given two tidbits if I needed help with my brakes or needed any body work done on car. 1. budget brakes to save on brakes and 2. “Bumpus “, for all my fender benders. I’ve been here more than 20 years. I guess I’ll keep on going to these places.

Extremely absurd prices I understand making money but this was just out right crazy, I took my car in for my brake inspection since it’s free and I new I needed new rotors and brakes pads. They ended up saying I need new calipers new brake lines and a bunch of other things and they said the price to fix my rear brakes was going to cost me ..get ready 1.3k so I asked how much just for the rotors and brake pads.. The brake pads were going to be 150 something wow and then the rotors 300 something I get it they were gonna order them but Jesus brake pads only cost 50$. I ended up going to brothers tire shop and they charged me 130$ for my brakes and rotors i bought my own rotors and they ordered my brake pads which was only 45$ . Do not pay these prices just get ur brake inspection done and shop around and find yourself a real genuine shop

I realize now that the experience could have been better planned on my part. I had made an appointment for brake service, but I didn’t notice how worn out my front and rear rotors were. This turned what I thought would be a one-hour service into a three-hour one because they didn’t have the parts on hand. Thankfully, they managed to get the parts delivered quickly enough to complete the service the same day.
The front desk manager was very professional and handled everything smoothly. The mechanics might not say much, but they do excellent work and get the job done efficiently.

ALL of the staff was very friendly and professional. Mr. Patterson kept me updated on all the issues with my car and how much it would cost to fix. He also had multiple options depending on how much I wanted to spend or get fixed. I would come back solely based on the friendly work environment.

Worked with me on price and actually told me what was going on with my van, no half truths. Firestone lied and f-ed up my van purposely undid my tie rods to try to get more money out of me. Not Budget Breaks! Now I'll be going to budget brakes for service and honesty. Thank you guys so much!! ? Y'all are amazing!

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I brought my car in for a brake issue, and after the service was completed, a brake alert appeared on my dashboard. Despite returning to the shop twice to have this issue resolved, they were unable to fix the problem.
To make matters worse, when I took my car to another auto shop for a second opinion, they informed me that the brakes still needed to be fixed. I informed Budget Brakes of this and even provided them with the estimate from the other shop, but they have not responded to my follow-up.
This lack of professionalism and responsibility is unacceptable, especially when it comes to something as critical as brakes. I can’t recommend Budget Brakes based on my experience, and I urge others to be cautious if considering their services.

well i have been going to budget brakes for a while. their customer service is outstanding. they talk to you like real people. As in they know you have a budget and the they give the best advice they can and you can break up the repairs so it does not break your wallet. i recommend Budget breaks over any dealership hands down.

The staff at Budget Brakes were very helpful today. I came in for a simple brake bleeding and they discovered an issue and were able to remedy the problem quickly. I would recommend using them for brake service.

Super professional and courteous. Will not try to upsell you on a service if your vehicle doesn’t need it!! Not too long wait times either. And they will call you back in if they’re ready for your vehicle if they are too busy.
