Helpful but too helpful. I don't need 4 different workers asking me if I need help finding anything. I understand making sales etc etc but some people like to be left alone when shopping. It puts pressure on the customer. If I need help I will ask you. Thanks

Store is great and had two girls who were working their hardest. However, there was a group of employees with what I presume to be one of their girlfriends (only because of overheard conversations) all hanging out around the wrangler section and would not move out of the way for customers to look. It was very aggravating to come in for one thing and can’t even get to it because the workers are socializing. At the very least shift your group if you see people trying to shop.

Went to the black cowboy rodeo June 1st in Shelbyville Tennessee was wonderfully surprised that Boot Barn was one of their sponsors and I was repping with my first cowboy hat , I had a ball , glad to see the inclusivity.

I went to exchange a pair.of jeans. I had to wait for awhile up front before anyone came up to help me. When I said i needed to exchange the jeans, the young lady actually rolled her eyes. They didn't offer to help me find a new pair or even point me in the right direction.

Went to get a new pair of boots. Found a nice pair of Laredos in black with nice buck stitching. Went back the next day....got another pair that caught my eye. Good pricing very friendly staff both days

I was in their to buy some boots and a nice gentleman named court helped me after me dragging me around and was very polite helped me pick stuff out and when my order got messed up he was nice enough to give me a employee discount and I stood around and talked to those guys for 30 min I enjoyed my time their. GIVE COURT A RAISE

They have nice products in there but told my wife they didn’t have a restroom My five-year-old daughter could use so they had to run across the parking lot to old Chicago while she held herself so she didn’t pee her pants to use the restroom. Act like it’s the 7-11 in Chicago lol ????. This rating is for the staff not the store and its products.
