I was contacted by Terry and was told she’d contact me back after she talked to her manager about a situation. I called back for three days and left a message and heard nothing. I did email and heard nothing. I found out how to fix the situation and was given no insight and instead they just filed me without giving me the new amount or anything. When I called again after the amount was put in my account, I was laughed at on the phone but the secretary did get her to finally call me so I ain’t mad. A 10 second phone call and I felt as if it was an “inconvenience” and when I asked questions they weren’t answered or responded with “there’s nothing we can do about that.” So, I was never told if I will or will not be getting my stimulus, they wouldn’t listen to the situation and give insight so ultimately had to seek out someone else who is helping but could had been avoided if there was basic communication on their end.”
