I’m a trucker I’ve delivered to this store great people fast unloading but they really need to do something about there receiving docks not made for semi trucks and no room as there’s a drop off right beside you.

We stopped in today at the Clarksville TN location on Riverside. We had a great experience with Stacy. She was professional, extremely helpful in answering our questions and really took care of us. We brought home a beautiful Broyhill sectional and ottoman. Stacy gave us options for 3rd party delivery. We had our new furniture in our home within 2 hours of purchase. Will come back and put pics tomorrow. Thanks Stacy and Big Lots! Tim and Rose

We bought a couch from here and we had to undo fabric front the bottom just to put the legs on. The fabric hangs down and is noticable. We called the store and were told we couldn't get discounted for the damage but we could return the couch.

You need to inform Robert at the Riverside store in Clarksville who worked night shift 6:30p on 2/25/23 that he needs to learn the proper and professional way to talk to begruntled customers! I approached him after I suggested to the ONLY cashier in the store that it would be a great opportunity considering the long line at checkout that another cashier be called to help out. After which, I saw Robert in the furniture area shake his head after the request was made by the cashier over the radio. Then he was laughing about it. I approached Robert and said that to the long line of customers awaiting checkout THIS wasn’t funny and perhaps they should take things a bit more seriously wherein he stated that they just were having fun at work. I said maybe if you’d stop having so much fun and ACTUALLY WORK the line wouldn’t be so long. Robert was confrontational and RUDE!!!!
