Parking lot has no cart stands, inside the store is dirty and nothing is labeled so impossible to find stuff and employees when asked don't seem to know where stuff is either, so extremely overpriced and they have minimal product as it is.

The workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to buy all the pieces to build myself a PC. The gentleman that helped us was amazing and helped me get every single item that I needed. Even told me what was best for streaming and gaming. Definitely cannot complain.

I had a very positive experience there. The salesman was very informative of their products and they didn't have enough on hand
So they shipped me what I needed. The package came FedEx and it even came in one piece and at all. That's not Best Buy fault . I have to remember to ask how they ship
Where I live it's a big deal of FedEx packages make it to my house.

I don't go to Best Buy often, but when I do it's like a kid a Christmas. Unfortunately, they always make me feel like I'm a criminal and they're just waiting to catch me trying to steal something. Geek Squad is great but the in store help don't seem to ever be able to answer my questions. I now go here for the sole purpose of looking at what I'm trying to decide on buying online from them or someone else.

DO NOT buy a Samsung TV! After having ours for only 2 years, the picture went black, and that was that. It was even confirmed by the Geek Squad that Samsung has been the TV they've been replacing the most lately due to that same thing.

Very disappointed with the service at Best Buy. I bought a SIM card ($1) and the unlimited plan for $50. I asked the lady at the cash register if she needed to do anything to activate it. She said no. Apparently this is incorrect. She was supposed to give me a code of some sort. I’m in the US for a vacation with no internet and now $51 dollars short. I have also tried to call and they have an automated service where they say you will be put through and then the line rings and goes dead. I would go back there but I bought it while on the road so it’s too far away. Very disappointing

Store used to be awesome with a lot of video games and movies.
Now the store is no longer selling movies and the low stock of video games and pc parts.
Store used to be amazing till about 2022.
