Had an appointment last week, dog had to be sedated. Paid for a service and never received it. They gave my dogs drugs so he can calm down. They made an appointment for today at the PetSmart location, when arrived , they said no appointment was created and they directed me to the this Banfield, when arriving to this location, they stated they couldn’t do anything for me today because no appointment was created. Now my dog is looped up on drugs & can’t nobody assist.
Will update post if management decides to contact me.

Domino doesn't yelp at home, but he screams, hollers, cries aloud at the groomer and veterinarian. Banfield's staff is great at soothing Domino, in addition to giving him excellent health care. Thank you.

The Banfield plans are terrible, you pay for a service but cannot get appointments within a reasonable amount of time or have to be on a wait list. This is not what I agreed to when I signed up. Total waste of money!

Banfield has been the absolute best! This location is off to itself and not in a pet store which I prefer. When me and my service pup Atlas walk in we are greeted by name, tended to quickly and the care is excellent. They are not pushy about upselling any add ons and tell you exactly what’s going on and the costs beforehand. Atlas has a care package that has already saved hundreds of dollars that I can dedicate elsewhere to his needs.

Since we have been with Banfield we have no complaints. Dr. Fancher has been great! She knows our dog Oreo and she knows us. The receptionist, Susan, in wonderful. They treat us like family. We recommend Banfield for any of your pets needs!

Banfield on Wilma Rudolph was very disrespectful. They called to tell me they could no longer see my pet after making a payment arrangement. I called back to speak with Tara the manager and she switched up and said I will have to pay up front if they decide to service my pet. Rocko has been going to this hospital since he was born. The pet smart location is where we usually go but since I tried the new location It’s been nothing but rude workers. I called corporate and they said they would never deny service to my pet for that reason. I decide to find a new pet hospital. I would never go back to this place. Wilma Rudolph location

They’re great with my Winkie! They know she’s old, and her hip joints don’t work well, but they’re so gentle with her! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
