I was looking for a chair that I had been told was discontinued, I called the Clarksville store and Ashley answered, and from the start was so friendly and helpful and professional ,ii will definitely look for my next piece of furniture at the Clarksville store on Madison Ave , excellent customer service!

We went to Badcocks a couple of weeks ago looking for recliners. Were greeted by Ashley.. very knowledgeable and personable. She let us look around..gave us time to talk privately, yet was available whenever we had questions.. which we had several. There was also a young man working.. sorry I didn't get his name. He was also friendly and enjoyed talking with him. Recliners were delivered in a week . Delivery went well, but there were issues following (with delivery.. not recliners) Called and talked with Tim and he took care of it. Thanks to Ashley, Tim and the nice young man. Would certainly return if we need anything else!

I just want to say that Ashely was the best, she listened and understood exactly what we wanted! And she delivered! She was so nice and just a all around fun person to be around. Her energy was great! We will definitely go back to shop with her and y’all should too!!!

Was told when I bought my living room set that it would be in on the10 of June was not happy but what can you do! Since it was paid for the first of may and now they are saying the 12 of July unacceptable I’ll be looking elsewhere for my furniture!

Thank you Annette Patterson! This was an exciting day as my son had his first visit to a furniture store. We planned to buy a bed and possible dresser, yet you focused on our visit (him) and we bought an entire room! You followed the script yet respected our responses while keeping it personal. You warned me there is a stone carpet as I sent my son to pick alone (we bought it), you even knew the delivery area! Get rid of the script and make more Annette Patterson's! The wasp was a memory! :) Thank You!

I went into Badcock about 1.5 months ago. When I walked in, it took a while for me to be helped. When I was helped eventually, it seemed like a burden that I was even there. Despite that, I found a piece of bedroom furniture I liked. I came back the next day in military uniform- suddenly the attitude changed and I was actually willingly helped. Long story short- it took some weeks to get my furniture. When it arrived, The dresser had a hole in it and I was told I would be getting a replacement in another couple of weeks. I returned it. The 1 Star is because of the service. Out of all the furnitures stores I went to in Clarksville, this one was by far the worst regarding customer service. If you really like their furniture- I recommend going to the riverside location

Do not buy from this company. We bought 2 dining room tables in May 2019 with insurance plans for both. The cloth chairs on one set is the worst fabric. Absolutely everything stains the chairs and will not come up. The paint on the table is already peeling. We have been trying for months to get it replaced to no avail. We called corporate who told us we have to speak to the store directly. We called the store on Madison street (the one we bought it from) who then told us they dont deal with that and to call the other store in clarksville. We now keep getting the run around. We were told to email pictures, but every email they give us is an invalid email that gets returned. We keep getting told the manager will give us a call, but that never happens either. This is becoming a headache to say the least. We will NEVER buy here again.
