Visited PetSmart, this is a pretty big shopping center with several stores. The parking lot needs improvements but other than that it's a nice retail center.

Very neat not cluttered like some. The employee behind the register stayed on her phone the entire transactions we had two. She never looked up from ringing items up she just sat on her stool and talked to the person on the phone. I call that very poor customer relations and very unprofessional..

Stopped in at 5 BELOW. No carts but filled our basket n then I seen a man working by register n he actually took the time n the buggy he had full of stuff ppl put back unloaded it n gave it to me , finished shopping for outdoor games etc ..we checked ourselves out .. great visit there n big selection . I want to thank that young man .but didn't get his name it was Saturday evening not dark yet maybe 6 or so
