I bought a phone from this location and was sold it with the seller implying a promotion. After a while the promotion was never applied so I tried to get help. Even with a receipt showing a promotion should have been applied and other witnesses to the sellers statements they would not do anything to rectify. This issue was elevated all the way to a district head level and still never helped, be careful if they make a mistake they will say its out of their hands.

Shawn and Jason are truly the best customer service guys I have ever been around. They both spent time with me and helped me switch over my new phone as well as get me set up on First Net. I had forgotten all my passwords and they patiently, politely, and effectively helped me to recover all my passwords. It took some time and occasionally they would have to break away and check on another customer or help coworkers but each time they said they would be rigjt back and they were. They are great people and exceptional multi-taskers. They could make any business make money just because of they are. Great experience, great service, great people!

I went into AT&T due to my phone making weird noise from the speaker. I was met at the door by Tony. He handled my issues and my needs I was wanting to get a new phone, and he did just that. He was very polite and friendly. Very smart and knowledgeable in many aspects of topics. Enjoyed talking to him for an hour. If you go into AT&T I recommend getting Tony you will not be disappointed!!! Thank you so much Tony.

He was very nice good at explaining what was best for us in New phones. Our grand son is on our plan and we wanted to turn the billing over to him and he sold us it would've cost way more. I highly recommend him

There is an employee by the name of toddrick that was hands down the most helpful employee I have worked with from at&t he helped us pay our bill and find the phone I wanted even though I was unable to buy the phone at the store do to being out of stock he helped point me in the right direction to get the phone I want. I really hope this store reads this review to know they have very great employees working at this location. I really wish I could have bought the phone from him but I couldn't leave without letting them know what a wonderful job they've done.

Att is big stealer company every month send you different bills add money stealing money, charging over not solve the problem but customer service but customer service in the store. They do all kind of stuff to get the money it’s not like cricket not like T-Mobile nobody recommend AT&T everybody has problem with AT&T bill. Hope nobody gets no more zero star zero star zero star. I have no choice to click the star it’s not getting post my message so I did one which is zero Star

My phone is faulty, as the hotspot does not work. I pay for hot spot service on three iphones. The store associate was not able to resolve my issue. The store manager told me to take my iphone to the "Geek Squad" for a diagnosis. This phone is one of three iPhones I purchased approximately 90 days ago. While the store associates were polite, I feel they are unskilled and uninformed. I am researching other providers now.

At&t 2560 William RudolfClarksville TN StoreMonday Dec 11 2023I switched to this branch store of At&t . Because I thought I might get better service. I was at the Madison Beach Big mistake .Att is now charging ,which was 62.00 and now 81.00 dollars for a phone service ,That drops calls . People say the connection is so bad they cannot hear me .I don't have WiFi services at my residence .What part of I dont have WiFi service does at&t notunderstand !!!Yet I was sold a WiFi hot spot that failed to work in CumberlandFurnace TN.Why would I want to stay with Att when their own employee . Attitude is not my problem . Offer no incentive to continue to stay . Or even offer a better plan .I have serious doubts that anyone at att will care if I stay or not .

Came in to buy a new phone, as my home button wasn’t working and the assistive touch wouldn’t work either. I believe it was christen that assisted me. When I stated I was buying it out right and not putting it on my bill, his whole demeanor changed. I got my phone and the case, however I left with the box of both in my hand and no help with setting up the phone or transferring anything over. I was tempted to go back in for the assistance they usually provide but there wasn’t much hope it would be successful. Disappointed with att and their customer service during this visit.

Was there for a phone upgrade. I’ve been dealing with problems online and Jamil took care of me. He was very knowledgeable, made sure I understood everything, and was very pleasant to talk to while we waited for my phone to transfer data. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone in the future. Thank you Jamil and AT&T!

Went to the AT&T on Wilma Rudolph today to upgrade my phone and this was the fastest/smoothest visit I’ve had yet! Kevin Ray was my consultant and he explained everything well and got in and out in a timely manner with exactly what I went in for! Thank you, Kevin!

This AT&T store is amazing. My little brother is on my account and Norb took such good care of him, and i fully trusted him with my account. If you need any assistance or help with upgrades or adding your family ask for him. Best experience with AT&T so far!!
