Long story short employee was lazy because they closed in an hour and wouldn't help with a 5 minute task preferring to play word search.Showed up 50 minutes before closing to get a simple SIM card for a new phone. The lady at the front brought us over and first told us it would cost, then said that because we weren't authorized users on the account there was nothing that could be done as well making plenty of other excuses. She just sat there playing crossword instead of actually helping, we said we can get the primary account user to authorize it and she said they have to be there in person. It was obvious she didn't want to actually work because they were within an hour of closing. So we left, called the primary account holder had them call 611 and add us to the account, drove to the att on Wilma, they had us in, a Sim card printed, and out with a working SIM in less than 10 minutes. We drove up to Wilma and were done at that att heading back home and there was still 20 minutes left before this store even closes.

I really appreciate the way things were taken care of. Trish did a great job helping me transition from my very outdated phone to a new one. She answered my concerns and took time to make sure that I didn't lose anything wanted to save from the old phone. I give her a 5 star rating.

A great store! I love the atmosphere here! I walked in and was immediately greeted. I was just there to pick up my new phone and the sweet worker helped me through everything. She answered all my questions and helped point me to the best options for protecting my phone and a new charger. Would definitely come back to this AT&T store.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE 0 STARS I WOULD!! This store added extra things to our bill that we never gave them permission to do so. We were also told we were getting a special deal on our phones that we found out we were not getting!!! DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE THEY ARE SCAMMING CUSTOMERS!!!

Came in and was helped immediately. All our questions and requests for service were prompt and I highly enjoyed working with Rae the manager as she went above and beyond to support and engage in pleasant conversation. I would recommend to anyone.

Learn how to actually accurately help customers when they come in for help with upgrades and wanting to know the most accurate month to month number for your bill instead of saying things that literally make no sense and you consistently give estimations that are WAY off. If you can’t accurately do your job, consider a new position. Making my husband and I feel like we’re annoying you by asking things that concern our lines, payments, and money were dishing out on a problematic phone company.

I ported from Verizon to ATT . The service is great but this particular store told I would get promotions and I ended up not get the one I was told but one of them . If you know from right and wrong you shouldn’t ignore a great customer. Especially someone that have multiples stream of your services . Then when I called the representative. Hardly had any time available to talk to me about the mistake she made . Then I was told talk to the supervisor. He make up lies about calling you back. This store is bad for business. If you want real authenticity of ATT go to the website And order services lot better !

I actually have T-Mobile account & just went in with my brother who wanted to upgrade his phone. Robert Saunders was such an educator/amazing rep that I ended up switching over & upgrading my phone as well. The store is filled with amazing employees who are super nice & extremely patient, knowledgeable & helpful.

Johnny and the entire staff were absolutely amazing. They are knowledgeable, they know everyone's names that come to the store and they are super friendly. I have never had this great of an experience with AT&T. I get anxiety going into these stores normally. Not at the Madison location!!! 20 out of 10!!!! I would do whatever is in your power to keep these employees.

Each time I step foot into this store, whether it's to purchase a new phone, earbuds, charger, screen protector, phone case, etc., it can never be a simple in-and-out transaction.They have this sleazy car-dealership vibe where they get you to sit down, get all your info and draw out what should be a simple purchase into this huge production. All so they can segue into a sales pitch for their internet service.After articulating I'm uninterested in att's internet because It provides no value or advantage above what I already have, they send over reinforcements to further condescend "well WHY don't you want our internet service?", gtfo!Does zig-ziglar's school of sales tactics really still work in today's world? Ya'll deserve to have Karen go full-send on you.I can also see by your other reviews that you probably depend on confusing older, and less tech-savvy folks into making bad decisions against their best interests.I get your trash management is pushing you to do this for an employee-of-the-month placard, or commission, or to keep your jobs or whatever.It's my mistake for entering this viper-pit of smarmy sales tactics, when I could just take my business online. But man, lesson learned to never step foot in there again!
