Have a at&t box on the edge of my property that has been removed and left laying in the yard with 100s of wires sticking out everywhere for over a year and is very noticeable while driving by. Contacted months ago about it and nothing was touched. Its gotten so bad to where I can't mow my yard in that area without cutting wires.

1 star is WAY too many. My installation appt window was 8-10am. It's 2:41pm - not a word from the technician. I've called to check the appointment status 3 times now and even the AT&T reps can reach him, but they're still saying he must be on his way because their calls go to voicemail when they're driving. I missed an entire day of work when I had planned to miss the morning. Zero communication whatsoever...from a comms company.Update: 8:27pm now. I've talked to almost a dozen customer service reps, the billing department, the customer loyalty department, the technical department...escalated to a supervisor several times. Still absolutely no information about if or when I can expect a technician to arrive. I'm livid. Of everyone I spoke to today, there was 1 sympathetic helpful rep who was able to at least give me an account credit and waive the installation fee. And that was only after I started crying out of frustration on the phone.If you have ANY other options for internet, cable, or cell service, go with literally any other organization.

Their service is a Joke... take care of your customers!!! You have no problem taking peoples money, yet when the services - phone / internet fall out you should reimburse them - all of them! If there are issues in Rural areas, perhaps you should acknowledge these with your customers and reassure them! Yet as unreliable as this service is, I am sure it is further insight into how poorly this AT&T location is run. People spend money on a service that they can not rely on, perhaps people should start filing complaints with the Better Buisness Bureau?

If I could go less than one star I would I have been a Royal AT&T customer for years tried to get Internet service at my new address took the day off work sat there from 1 o'clock till 9:30 at night and they never showed up called them 22 and either got accidentally disconnected or hung up on each time called again the next day to set up service and they said oh we're having technical difficulties it will be another week or so. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!

AT&T is horrible and the customer service has forgotten to appreciate the customer. I pay for a service I better receive that service.I pay for 1G and get 74mps....lol. call and be on hold 1hr. What a joke!

This company has lost my mobile service after 25yrs and now my internet service as well! Customer service is disrespectful, unprofessional and the do not appear to appreciate veterans either! Totally infection to the community here at Ft Campbell KY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The internet just went out on Christmas Day in Tennessee. We can’t go anywhere due to the pandemic. We only wanted to spend time with our family and watch a movie and now we cannot. We will be canceling our services with AT&T
