Marie and Shay did a remarkable job assisting us in finding the right bedroom sets for our new home. Marie reviewed all possibilities based on our criteria, answered all our questions, and provided several options to meet our goals. Both sales personnel had excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated a keen understanding of their products.
Ashley's has an excellent selection of quality furniture. The staff uses just the right degree of customer service and assistance without being overbearing or using hard-sell tactics.
We have visited virtually all the furniture stores in Clarksville, and Ashely provides the best breath of choice with a helpful, knowledgeable staff that is not too pushy.

Amber has been beyond amazing to assist me with selecting my furniture. From start to finish, she not only assisted me with making the best selection, she helped with my options as far as the layout, and even with payment options. She is the GOAT. Makayla was also an excellent associate when it came to my check out and payment processing. Two wonderful and outstanding women to work with in the process of my purchase.

We had a wonderful experience at this location. We were greeted by Armando who really listened to our wants and needs. He gave us space to shop around on our own and checked in occasionally giving his opinions without being over bearing. Lady, made finalizing the paperwork and delivery fast and efficient. The entire team here has amazing customer service.

We went in looking to get ideas on what kind of mattress we wanted and right off the bat Jarrod came up to us and walked us through every mattress and helped us find exactly what we needed he was so kind and extremely helpful, he definitely knew his stuff and was very informative as well as an amazing salesperson.

Jarred was very informative, attentive and friendly when we went in looking for a dining set. He showed us exactly what we wanted and we got a price quote and left. He gave us his card and told us to call if he could help further. After checking all other furniture stores here and in Nashville, we came back and purchased with Leroy. Leroy was great in helping us get a quote and then we decided and paid by a link. Effortless transaction and Lady and Serrah were both very helpful and made it super easy to do business!
We have purchased before and we just keep coming back for more!
