“So I purchased a Samsung dishwasher @ Lowes 16 months ago and it crapped out on me. Don't want to get into the extended protection plan as I did purchase one, but that is a whole other story. My neighbors suggested that I check out BuyLow Appliance & More before purchasing a new Bosch dishwasher through a big box store again. Words cannot express how pleased I am and glad that they suggested this! I purchased a Bosch 500 Series dishwasher normally priced $1,300 at any big box store, and thanks to a tiny little blemish that took me forever to find, I paid a little over half the price! Furthermore, I still get the one year factory warranty, and peace of mind knowing that I can go straight to them with any problem whatsoever. The owner is extremely nice, and Alex their manager is just as nice too! Screw big box stores! If I can help it, I will only buy from them from here on out. They have a no pressure approach, extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and go above and beyond every step of the way! Can you say that about your last trip to any other Big box store? Not to also mention, you're helping support small business owners! The backbone of our country is small business owners, and I am thrilled that I got a great deal and got to support the small business owner. If I can give them 10 stars, I would give them 10! Thank you all so much for the amazing experience, I will be back to make future purchases!”

“My mom just moved here from California. My husband and I went out to help her get settled in. Most of the time when we said we were from California we were told to go back home and were treated poorly. We went in to Home Depot to get a new oven. I can not remember the ladies name (short blond hair) but she was so nice and was so helpful. My mom had also purchased a refrigerator and there was a mistake with the door with which way it opened and the gentlemen (again I don't know his name) was so nice to help resolve the issue. Not to mention they gave us so many tips on things for us to do while we were there for our short visit. Annette also helped us in flooring and was so patient and helpful. It wasn't easy for us to try to get so many things accomplished with my moms house in a short time but the employees here helped us so much! I hope the manager sees this review because these employees deserve recognition. Thanks again!”
“Baldwins has helped me out twice now when Lowes or Home Depot have let me down. One time it was when I needed 4 refrigerators ASAP, and they made it happen quickly. They are one of the few places in town that actually has items in stock and not in some centralized warehouse that has a 50/50 shot of delivering on time. The team in the stores have been very helpful and kind. Plus, it always feels great to shop local, know who you're dealing with, and able to call them by their first name.”
“Not only does he have knowledge, expertise and skill in repairing vacuums (and microwaves) he has products in stock, and he even answered his phone on his day off and helped me solve a problem with my 30 year old Kirby over the phone. He is thorough, speedy and friendly! I live over 25 miles from his shop, but wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“I've got to give this place 5 stars, Im in a Ferguson's almost daily when they are open, I call in a extensive duct order, the day before we did the job in Nashville, I got there when they opened the following day, order had already been picked and was 100% correct, I always get good service from Ferguson really no matter which branch I go to, but this service was a step above, you won't get this kind of service at the Nashville branch, you will call it in a day or two in advance and your team members still generally have to wait for the order to be picked, I personally think it's because of the amount of volume Nashville does,.....good going Clarksville Ferguson's!!!! Definitely great service!”

“I go here pretty regularly. Great staff , usually have white I need and is very organized. I've never had an issue and I like their self-serve propane refill they have outside. The only thing I don't like is the way they sometime hover around you at the self check out, definitely makes me feel uncomfortable.”
