“This is one of the best places to rent in Clarksville. The amenities are great (pool, work out room, gas and charcoal grills, dog run, automobile vacuum, kid friendly park with well thought out play equipment, practice golf holes, fire pit, theater, gazebo and swing). The office has Saturday hours and is cozy with a business center and refreshments. Secure working security gates for residents and guests. Secure doubled entry apartment doors. Attention to detail on landscaping. Offers garages and covered parking. Pet friendly with pet waste stations generously stocked with bags and disposal across property. The maintenance staff is amazing. If there is a concern they take it seriously. Rowdy (the main maintenance man) is experienced and personable to work with and I was equally happy with all of his crews. They seem to work well as a team with Crystal the property manager.After signing a lease and enjoying the amenities for some time now, it boils down to what it’s like to live here on a daily basis. Amenities aside - the staff is committed to their property and residents. They truly care, treat you like an individual.Highly Recommend.”
