Sales person was great. He was very informative, helpful and friendly. Delivery was on time. Delivery could work a little on the soft skills of customer service. But overall we were pleased and would purchase from American Signature again.

We’ve been customers of ASF since 2014, when we lived in Florida and I cannot say enough great things about them. Fast forward to 2021 and we’re in Clarksville, TN and we visited our local ASF store and met our Salesperson Stephanie. My husband wanted to customize a Nest sofa (pictured) and Stephanie patiently worked with us on selecting all of the pieces and then I had to choose a color. The color I selected was paprika, which had to be custom ordered, 6 months out. Well worth the wait!!!! The painting back along with most of the pillows in the photo we’re purchased from ASF back in Florida, and we just purchased the C-end tables from Stephanie over the Labor Day holiday. (Again, superior service, above and beyond and I also purchased 4 throw blankets, not pictured.)
If you’re looking for great furniture that won’t bring the bank and a Salesperson that will treat you like a VIP, head to ASF and ask for Stephanie!
Update: Returned to purchase a new dining room set to replace the set we down sized from.
I asked for Stephanie again and as always, she did not disappoint! She helped me pick out this lovely table with a lazy Susan in the middle. I’m looking forward to hosting my son and daughter in Love for Thanksgiving. ( And that picture you see in the background in the Living Room, she came from American Signature Furniture in Florida, as well!)

From the moment I walked in the store to the moment the delivery team left, my experience with American Signature Furniture and their delivery team was only positive. The staff at the store was helpful and not at all pushy. The delivery time was short and I had clear time frame for delivery window. The team came in with a pleasant attitude, quickly got my sofa placed and left with a smile. 100/100 would definitely recommend shopping here.
