Nate and the other mover, moving our furniture. The process was fast and easy. Very careful with our couches. They made sure to inform us about anything important. We love our couches. We will 100% be doing business with them again. Oh the big part that got me was they delivered on a holiday.

The movers dented our door and once we called the manager Nate who said I was yapping and was basically telling my husband and I it’s OUR fault his Movers damaged our door. He was very unprofessional and rude about it to my husband. My husband and I are pursuing legal action and my leasing office will be in contact as well and sending an invoice. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I am Very upset at this facility as i bought furniture here a year ago. we aren’t hard on our furniture and had multiple furniture sets that were in amazing condition we decided to get a new set as our other couch was too big for our new home and i called in to the warranty protection from was just out of warranty i then called into the store to ask about calling the other extended warranty people i talked to them they sent someone out and a week later what they “Fixed” it ripped again…. and continuing to get worse he said they would order a new casing so i waited almost 2 months and never heard back from anyone texted the repair people that claimed they ordered the casing and they told me to contact the store called in for a manager 3 times before finally saying i needed the managers email because staff couldn’t seem to find a manager when needed…. I FINALLY heard back from him a bit later and he told me to bring the couch to him to be replaced… mind you i had them deliver it here because i had no car that could carry the couch’s home now my only option is to find a way to get it back to the store so they can replace it this has been a run around in a half already and now the second couch i bought is ripping in the exact same place the other couch was i can’t win…. NOT quality furniture…. i honestly don’t even want this set anyone they are just gunna fall apart in another year

Fast and easy process. Had me fill out application electronically while looking in store, was approved on the spot. Ordered everything right then and there and got fast 2 day delivery (1 day if you don’t count Sunday as a business day) with set up! Only giving it 4 stars because I was promised the $100 off the warranty price but didn’t receive it. Other than that service was great and super friendly!

We just moved to town and got most of our items here that we needed. And they deliver!!! Great customer service and very friendly staff. Tree was amazing! Make sure to check them out. I’ll be back for sure
