My first time experience choosing Advance America for an installment loan was literally a breeze. I was assisted by Ms. Whittney Knight who was an absolute joy to talk to and work with. I've previously have opened loans through other companies, but my visit to this location has to be my favorite. This company is very professional and warming in short, and it was the fastest and most comfortable process, in terms of filling out the application and receiving funds. Ms. Whittney was very informative with the way their loan process works and she explained how each line of credit works. She also gave me different scenarios of how each payment is broken down, depending on which supposed amount I wanted to take out, whether it was the full amount I was approved for, or less. She didn't rush me or talk me into taking the full amount, so I felt very happy she was focused on what suited my needs the most. Not only was she very attentive and worked in a timely manner, I felt like I was already a long time member with the company because of friendly she was and how professional the atmosphere was. This is definitely a company you can truly trust, to build credit, get funds for life's emergencies, etc and that won't get over on you like others. Their APR rates are also very low and affordable. :)

This was my first time doing a pay day loan and it was such a good experience. Whittney was very nice and helpful and she explained everything so well. The whole process was so quick and such a smooth transaction. I would definitely recommend using this service if you do need to do a payday loan.
