Guy came out and couldn't find anything wrong. Sent a video of what's wrong and then said he ordered the part and will come fix it. Been calling for months to see what's going on and no one will answer or return my call.

Very helpful! He drove from hours away to come repair our LG tv through an LG warranty request. The repair was very quick! Setting up an appointment was also very quick! Very satisfied!

Our LG tv had gone out and was still under warranty. Took us over a week to get LG to find a repair person who would agree to repair it. AV repair was willing to drive from Clarksville, TN to do the repairs He was a professional and very helpful .

My LG TV stopped working (would plug in and power on but the indicator light would just flash 3 times and go out), and Rick from A V Repair Specialists came out and got it back up and running! He was very kind, worked quick, and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Rick was very easy to work with and made every effort to come when it was convenient for us. We had to go to our granddaughter's high school graduation and he rearranged his time line so he would surely be finished in time for us to leave. Very nice man and considerate. Thank you so much Rick!

All the 5 star reviews speak for themselves, but the service Rick provides deserves additional commentary. What can I say… Fast response time, great communication, went above and beyond on the repair, and made an otherwise stressful situation not stressful at all and restored my faith in getting great service for anything these days.
