ZERO stars, I do not recommend. Read the other reviews people. I learned the hard way.
I was TDY at Fort Campbell for school and decided to utilize this location for dry cleaning services for my AGSUs. I waited in line for almost 10 minutes before being serviced. I dropped off my uniform on a Thursday and was told that it would be ready that following Monday which wasn’t an issue. On Monday afternoon, I stopped by to pickup my uniform as discussed. After getting home, I noticed the following: a button missing from my uniform, my coat was wrinkled in various places, and my pants had a double crease. I decided to take my uniform back the following morning to see if they could fix everything. After explaining the discrepancies, the owner started raising her voice at me and telling me that she’ll just give me another button but couldn’t help me with the wrinkles/double creases because she doesn’t do the dry cleaning in house although I paid HER for the service… I have absolutely no idea why she treated me so poorly. I remained calm throughout the entire interaction and decided to provide a review rather than allowing her to get me out of character. Needless to say, I left and went to WOW Dry Cleaning and Alterations for assistance which was a much better experience.

Very dissatisfied In the customer service. I was waiting patiently in line, and they took a man before me who didn’t even have a ticket. Going to be taking my business elsewhere from here on out.

Wanna get ripped off this is the place to go. They’ll charge you like crazy to get sewing and awards and dry cleaning to give you a dirty uniform with half the stuff you paid for not on and nothing sewn on. This place should be black listed it’s criminal.

Terrible customer service. They also over charge for patches and sometimes services. Would not recommend.

I went in to have 6 uniform pieces cleaned for less than $40. Quick next-day turnaround, but the time and price is what you'd expect for what I got. All of the uniform pieces had wrinkles that were not there when I dropped them off and there was still pet hair upon pickup. The patches on the white shirt looked almost melted. Will not be coming back.

If you are military female never go here. They discriminate female. They denied to service my sew work. Not worth for 1 star. Even owner and worker are female.

When you think about what it means to purchase your items of clothing from a surplus store. Ask yourself do I wanna look great or like a garbage bag? If you wanna look great come here if you wanna look like garbage go anywhere else.

First timer here. They have CIF gear, OCP, and normal gear at about the same price as on-post clothing.I came in for a ACH band. Took less than 10 minutes for it to be completed. Name, blood type, call sign all for ~14 with tax. (varies)Yes, they speak spanish. They offer free water inside too. Cant say much else, but I hear they are quick when it comes to ASU setup and sewing times.

Unfriendly service and unprofessional attitudes. If you do go there, I advise only asking one question at a time and get everything in writing before you leave.

Used to come here for quick sewing and "cheap" gear but after getting ripped off multiple times I will never come back. I asked one employee how much a patch cost and she said $11 (which is already expensive for 1 patch) then the owner quickly changed the price to $15... The customer service is laughable. You can spend 15 mins in the store without being acknowledged, and when they do finally serve you it's rude and off putting. Also hate that they demand your last 4 of SSN to organize and ID uniforms. While common in the military, a sew shop has no business asking soldiers for that private info...

Everything in this store is counterfeit. The OCP patches are an off color green that you won't notice until you put them next to a real OCP colored patch. All the military supplies still in bags are not TA-50, they're Chinese made knockoffs. Customer service is terrible - one worker will sew one customer's items for 20 minutes before asking what you need. You better hope you're the only one in the store or you'll be waiting a while. Finally, the dragon lord who runs the store will demand ridiculous prices, even after an employee has already stated a lower price. The price will only rise after a short conversation in Korean, too secret to be spoken in plain English in front of the customer better. This place treats you like a s****** take your business elsewhere.

Although they are friendly and do good work, they are extremely slow. A line of 10 people, one person taking their time sewing, another person talking with a visitor for over 20 minutes while people wait I've 30 minutes to get their order taken.Unacceptable behavior

Always extra reliable for all my alteration needs with same day turn around. Great for also dry cleaning and assembly of ASUs. Lots of items on their shelf from uniforms to gear. I drive from nashville because I trust the work they do.
