I told Derick I was moving back in December, I now have a charge on my credit card for the month of January they are still charging me for insurance and I no longer even live in Tennessee. I would give 0 stars at this time of I had the option.

This is by far the most personal insurance agency we have ever dealt with. Derek is very involved and personable. He truly cares about the person/client, not just the policy. For once, we don’t feel like “just another number.” We feel like we matter when it comes to our home and auto coverage and our needs in those areas. Derek goes above and beyond. 5 STARS!!!! You can’t go wrong with Shelter insurance!! Thank you, Derek!!!

Shelter Insurance has been great with my policies! I have home and autos insured and all information is found on website, and the Shelter app is very helpful too. Derek is very good to talk and keep you informed. And changing something is simple and quick!

Yes giving one star, hubby had them and drop them like a hotcake, they have messed up on us and long with family and friends and they all have left this company and will never use this company ever again, so if u want a great insurance company look else where before u pick this place, so very bad decision, don’t want any one else have to go through with what they went though, so please look for a different insurance agency!!!!!
