Biggest red flag if you coming here with delivery of spools of steel. Very slow unloading . Here for almost 7 hours. Offloading lady name Tiffany dont know how to talk very rude. Dont make more ahead schedule if you coming here.

I worked there back in the 90s. Terrible place but at least they hired me full time which pissed the temps off. Probably violated more OSHA safety laws than any place I ever worked. Pay was bad but you could work as much overtime as you wanted. Figured they would have closed this place years ago.

Orientation was nice, first week was nice, then they decided to terminate my contract over 'production', not elaborate, not tell me directly, and not act so friendly about it like their company prides themselves being.You can come in on time every day and not lose a single point on their system, then they'll just terminate you like you aren't even a person.

I went there for nine days, did the training class and everything. To find out to my dismay, they told the temp services to end my assignment. I didn't complain about the job or anything. I was actually pretty happy there. Only thing I said was, in the ten hours they have you work, you only get one, ten minute break and of course a lunch. Working ten hours on your feet is hard enough without a second break to help with that. It wasn't a complaint, it was more of a concern. I will say, I'll not ever go back there. That's why they ended my assignment, over a concern. They, "Hutchinson" called it complaining.

I started working at Hutchinson 2 weeks ago and I love it, I can't say enough good things about it, this is my 4th factory Job and I've experienced the bad ones for sure, but working here is like a breath of fresh air it's awesome! I recommend it to all my friends and family and I recommend it to you as well. Unethical business. Point blank. This company has a reputation in the surrounding communities as being the worst of the worst as an employer in every aspect. Horrible treatment of employees, garbage benefits and minimal time off. Everything this company does benefits them and never the employee. The revolving door of people coming and going speaks volumes. They believe people are expendable and place no value on anyone coming in. Do not get sucked into any false misconception that it won't be too bad. They will demand that you do what they say and threaten you if you don't. It's not worth the stress or the absolute misery.

Not bad but not good either. If you like to work 12 hours 6 or 7 days a week and enjoy that overtime money? It's great. If you want a life where you can spend time enjoying it with family and friends? Look elsewhere. They don't really care about your life, just your production there.

I've been employed there for a few years now , 1 of the best jobs I've had since moving here some year's ago , great people I work with and the benefits that are provided for my family are about the best you could get , I hope and pray to work there till I can't work any longer , I'd recommend anyone with manufacturing background check it out maybe you to could be employed there also
