Mail carrier shoved a package into the mailbox that didn’t fit. Nearly broke the mailbox off the post that me and the neighbor share trying to pry it out of the box, wrecking the glass collectors item. Since then postal worker has left my packages at my neighbors so I have to walk over, or they just leave my package right on top of the mailbox for anyone to steal it driving on the very busy highway. As someone who has medical conditions and gets a lot of their medical supplies and nutrition stuff offline this has been one heck of a hassle for YEARS now.

Delivery driver is a liar for my area. They posted my driveway was blocked and it was not. I have cameras and reviewed footage and it was not blocked at the time attempted. This is the second time within a week the same driver lied about the same situation. Get better usps. You suck

Terrible service! Walked in and waited 2-3 mins until the employees finished their conversation complaining about management. Only to be told she couldn't help without a certain labe and no idea where to get one. Went to another office and they provided me with the label and was very friendly and helpful

Mail carrier refuses to treat our packages and other mail with respect. Today he stuffed an oversized package into our mailbox, breaking a mirror within the package. He's previously thrown packages with fragile stickers on them, I watched him from my bedroom window THROW our packages that said fragile on them. He's also left hatching eggs out in the sun, seemingly on purpose since he's never left a package in that location before then or since then. If I wanted to buy land, I'd treat the heirs to that land really well, just sayin...

Always have great interactions with the employees. No complaints. Seen a few negative reviews on here, but when I met those people, I realized you would consider them the county Karen's. Pay them no mind. They just need to get laid more. ...Peace.

This was put in our mailbox and on the same day someone applied for a credit card online. Then we get a notice our address was changed. I went into the post office andSomeone put in a forwarding address but no addressNot sure how this happened.

something BAD has happened at this post office!! this was the friendliest, most helpful place, until NOW!!! TERRIBLE service, and apparently the mail delivery people have to be TOLD to put your MAIL in the MAILBOX, not throwed on the porch so the wind can blow it all over the neighborhood!!

They just shoved my book in my PO Box and got it all bent up. In the future if things don't fit in people's boxes just set them aside for them to be picked up like.

Poor quality service. The male that waited on me was rude and just blew me off. I was charged 15 dollars to ship something that should have been five dollars and he tacked on 50 dollars worth of insurance when I didn’t even have 50 dollars worth Of items In my package. He failed to tell me that until after I paid. I wanted ground and he charged me priority. Will go to the other post offices in town from now on.

Yeah not too pleased with this post office service regularly call and call and call to try and find out why my mail and by that I don't mean all of it just turned pieces of it haven't been showing up phone rings for less than 30 seconds then hangs up over the holiday. When I'm getting two packages that barely fit in the mailbox and instead of Simply bring them to the house ring the doorbell they bent them all to hell and back and shove them in the dang mailbox not pleased these people need to do better I understand they're going through tough times right now but that does not excuse damaging people's property

This post office in Chuckey TN. is awesome. I never have a problem with any pkg. or mail. They are always so polite and helpful. My car broke down and they were wonderful to me. Love this post office!!
