“I was on a roadtrip from NYC to Austin and my car broke down near Greeneville, the rear differential failed. I have a Porsche Panamera Turbo and was in dire need of help as there were few qualified mechanics nearby. The people at Carville picked up the phone and said they couldn't make any promises about being able to work on the car, but they'd take a look. After looking, they gave me a quote of what they expected it would cost, which was fair and comparable to other estimates I had received for this complex job, and we went ahead. One week later, the part arrived and the job was done the next day, for the agreed-upon quote the week prior. It was a full-day job, they got it done and I was back on my way. I went 950 miles to Dallas immediately after, without a single hiccup. Thank you Carville for taking on this complex job and getting it done well!”

“People were super nice my only complaint is I am currently in a wheelchair and even though it say wheelchair accessible it's totally not can barely get in and the " handicapped "stall no wheelchair is getting in there, I had to pee with door open.”

“I came in today 4/10/24 because both high beams went out on my car. Matt was a young associate you can to me when i walked in to see if he could help me. He didn't hesitate to come outside and immediately after going to the trouble of pulling out my right bulb new that it needed replacing and said he was sure the other one did too. He even showed me where both bulbs were blown. He took me back in the store and helped me purchase two new bulbs and then went back outside to replace them for me. He was a young man and didn't hesitate once and I am so glad he was the one to help this 70 year old lady, which was me!! “Was quick and easy, much better than I was expecting. They kept me informed about when the service started and how it was progressing. The cost of mounting and balancing the tires was half the cost of local tire shops after doing a bunch of research and I got roadside protection for free as a Walmart plus member which is a $10 value per tire. I would definitely use Walmart auto center again for tires. Another plus was the tires I wanted weren't available at local shops but I was able to get them on Walmart,com not only cheaper, $22 per tire saving me $88, but they were at my door in 3 days!”
