“Simple affordable vet practice. If you need vaccinations, neuter/spay, check ups they the ones to go to. They may not have all the technology that bigger more expensive clinics have but they are incredibly affordable for routine care and check ups.”

Dr. Timothy has been our primary veterinarian and he is the absolute best! His genuine care for animals is evident from the moment you walk in. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure I understand it all. I never feel rushed, and I trust that he truly wants the best for both my dogs. I'm thankful to have found him and this clinic because they saved my dog Luna's life and preformed an emergency surgery that gave us a lot more time with her.

“I started going here because it was five minutes from my home. I continued going here because they have provided the best care I have ever had for all of my animals. I've had the misfortune of having a dog with thyroid issues and seizures as well as a cat that was just recently diagnosed with kidney disease. They have always listened to my concerns and given me all of the knowledge they have so I can make an informative decision with how to proceed with my pets.
I really cannot praise them enough for how great they have been. My dog would quite literally pull me in front of a bus to get inside this building.”

“My friends elderly cat was having some health issues for the past 2-3 days and not eating, he was very concerned so we brought her to AMC today. Wonderful staff. Very impressed with everyone there and the vet was excellent. She treated my friends long hair, grey girl with some meds, gave my friend some to take home for the cat and by time we got home, his cat was miraculously eating and feeling much better. Highly recommend this veterinarian clinic.”

“The doctors are so caring and respectful. I don't feel like they are trying to upsell or overcharge me like other vet practices. My dog needed a procedure after I had been out of work for 3 months amd money was very tight, and they offered a full spectrum of treatment options instead of "pet parent shaming" me for not choosing the top of the line, latest and greatest treatment. Together, we chose a viable, less invasive and less expensive option, and they treated my furry boy and me with kindness and respect. They are my new vet's office of choice!”

“We've been here since January 2016. We really like Animal Medical Center on River Rock (Dr Heathcock). Everyone is kind and the fact they are open 24/7 is so convenient. But - it can be a little chaotic there with all the noise a busy vet clinic brings. Another thing we like about them is if you board your animals, you can pick them up or drop them off anytime - such as 10pm on a Sunday night. We also had to take one of our cats in as an emergency a couple years ago late at night and they charge very little extra money for emergency care and we were really happy with the service.”

They also never forget that most of us have a budget and ensure the treatments are necessary and the most cost effect. I have multiple animals of a variety of species so I really appreciate this. I wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian office.”
“I like Banfield, staff is professional and friendly, so far no real surprise charges. I typically ask up front what the charge will be. Sometimes, there are things that are not covered in the care plan they have. One of my dogs has lupus and they have done a great job managing it. Though my 2 Pyrenees recieve excellent and consistent care... Banfield has a problem with turn-over. I almost never see the same vet, nurses, or receptionist, I've been coming to Banfield for 4 years and have yet to talk to one person who took care of my dogs at any time in the past 4 years. That's the only thing I don't really care for, but is not a deal breaker for me.”

It was my first time there today (11-4-2020) and The lady at the front desk and Tyler were both very nice and friendly and they were wonderful with my fur baby Leia for her wellness exam and shots. I was very pleased with our first visit! Glad I made the choice to have Anderson Veterinary as our fur baby’s dr.”
