I called Scott’s due to a septic field line problem at first they were nice and sent and employee to dig on the area and then we started communicating and was told they would get back with me and never heard from them again . Very unprofessional and not honest about getting back with me . I do not recommend this company . They were very disappointing.

Scott Septic was excellent!! They were prompt in taking care of us. They let us know when they were on the way, and advised us on caring for our septic system. The guys were extremely polite and courteous. We will definitely contact them next time we need our septic pumped.

Being a rookie homeowner. I didn’t understand the two-step system, so I called expecting the trying to book Scott’s septic tank service to come out. There was a young lady on the phone who was absolutely amazing.. she took the time to explain the whole septic tank system and gave me recommendations on how to move forward. She advised me that it sounds like the pump failed. I was super disappointed . To my luck she explained to me that consolidated utilities were responsible for all repairs and pump replacement. She could have sold me on having our septic pumped And took our money, (like the other company I called before.) but due to her honesty she has created a forever customer and I highly recommend Scott septic tank service to anyone looking for a reliable, honest company to service your septic needs !!!

-----Called them early morning after our toilets stopped flushing and showers started not draining. They were polite, punctual, and honest. They came out that same morning. They suggested we needed pumping since it might not have been done since original septic system placed around 1989. Very affordable and fair pricing. Friendly local folks and highly recommend this business! We love supporting local businesses. Will definitely use this company again if we need more septic system help or repairs. They answer questions and even made suggestion our old BIG maple tree probably needs to be cut down since the tree is too close to septic lines/tank and roots likely affecting things. Very professional and courteous. This is by far an easy job! They answered all of my questions. After not having our septic cleaned in 23 years we knew it would be bad. Instead of being judgmental or rude they were courteous and respectful. I will definitely be doing business with them again and highly recommend them to othersService: Sewer repair

Called this business on Monday morning and they came out that same morning and took care of our issues!!! They were awesome! Explained everything and showed me what was going on.
