I recently had my Alliance Avenue 30RLS in for warranty work. The service department at A&L RV Sales (my tech was David) promptly ordered the necessary parts, some of which took a couple of weeks to arrive. Mikayla, the Service Advisor, kept me informed and updated on the estimated time to completion. Once all the parts were on hand, the work was completed within 3 days.
Everyone I have dealt with at A&L RV Sales has been competent and personable and a pleasure to interact with.

From Scott, Tom, Daniel, Mikaela, Danny, service manager, Jimmy and other technician's, and the cleaning employees, every time that we were there we were teated like family. Awesome experience with A & L! We ordered an Alliance Paradigm 370FB earlier this year and Emily worked with us on a price that was better than we could find after shopping around for several months. The entire process went smooth from start to finish without any surprises. The RV actually showed up earlier than originally projected to arrive which was a good thing!

Took our Class C motorhome in for a full body and roof reseal. We had no issues, just routine maintenance. We had an appointment within two weeks of our request and they kept the unit three days to complete the work.
The service order writer, Mikayla, was very friendly and efficient and clear in her communications.
The job was completed on time and it looks great. The technician, Dimmy, came out and did touch up on a very small area that Mikayla saw when looking it over. He explained the work he had done and was very friendly and helpful in answering questions.
Based on my experience here I would recommend A&L for service work on your RV. Just talk to Mikayla about what you need done and she will get you scheduled.

A&L is a great company to do business with. Had some issues with our travel trailer and the manufacturer kept giving me the run around. Aaron and Mikayla went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed and that we were satisfied. I highly recommend this company for all your camping needs!!

I bought a 2024 Brinkley Z3100 from A&L RV Sales in Christiana, Tennessee last month and it ended up being one of the worst experiences of my life. When I went to do the walkthrough of my camper these were the items I found that took 2 days to fix These should have been found by the dealership upon their initial inspection as the camper arrived at their facility and also during their final inspection before I did my walkthrough.
-Floor squeaked on right side of kitchen island
-Right slide out had no electrical power
-Right slide out left marks on the floor that the mechanic had to use a chemical to clean it up.
-Closet doors wouldn’t open
-Didn’t have pvc pipe for black/gray tank hose storage. One clamp was broke and the other missing where the pvc pipe would attach.
-Adel clamp dangling / not screwed into anything underneath
After all of the items were finally repaired I drove it straight home to Florida which is a 12 hour drive. I only stopped twice to fill up my truck on the way home and it was all Interstate driving and the roads were good.
After I backed my camper into its spot and opened the door I couldn’t believe what I saw. My food from the refrigerator was all over the floor, the refrigerator door was open and there was glass everywhere!!
A&L RV failed to tell me there’s a refrigerator door lock that needs to be installed prior to towing. I had a 5th wheel camper for the previous 9 years and didn’t have a separate lock that needed to be installed on the refrigerator prior to towing so I had no way of knowing.
The chair for the dining room table was strapped down to the floor and the ottoman was sitting on the back side of the kitchen island when I received the camper and thought this is where they are supposed to be. However, I learned later that both chairs are supposed to be one side of the kitchen table tied together and the ottoman strapped to the floor on the other side of the table. A&L RV never told me this and I’m assuming the ottoman hit the fireplace glass while I was towing and it shattered the entire price of glass into a million pieces. Glass covered the entire main floor everywhere!!
I called back and talked to the General Manager and he seemed very upset as if this was all my fault and was unwilling to help.
I got in contact with Brinkley, the manufacturer of the camper, and they informed me about the refrigerator door lock and where it’s located. They also informed me where the dining room table and ottoman are supposed to be during towing.
After cleaning up the glass on the floor and started looking around to see if there were any other issues, I found the following::
-Refrigerator door opened during drive here and broke a food storage bin. Food scattered on the floor and some had to be thrown away.
Refrigerator door was open when I opened the camper door for the first time.
-Medicine cabinet door opened during the drive and everything I had in it was scattered on the floor.
-Glass broke on the fireplace
-All 4 legs came off the ottoman and ripped the fabric underneath
-Corner of ottoman marred
-Flooring ripped in numerous places
-Drawer and cabinet to the right of the pantry door have black marks
-Front door blind doesn’t work
-Paneling on right slide-out separated / came off
-Hydraulic jack pressure switch burst causing a hydraulic leak after using it for only the 3rd time.
-Closet door trim that the dealer used double-sided tape to fix separated after a week
-Top piece of trim on right slide-out cracked
-Forward vertical piece of trim on right slide-out cracked
-Water leaks from the rear AC when it rains (mechanic looked at saw daylight coming thru)
Brinkley has been very helpful in trying to fix all the issues I’ve had with the campe

Brought our RV here for warranty work because we bought from another of their locations. They squeezed us in promptly and took care of our issues. 3 weeks start to finish is a great turnaround in the current tech shortage environment. Very professional.

We had a great experience with our recent Brinkley model Z3610 purchase at A&L in Murfreesboro. Tom pointed us in the right direction and allowed us plenty of time to find the right unit for us! Emily was very knowledgeable & efficient and kept us informed throughout the process. Jimmy & Kevin were fantastic to work with in getting the unit ready and helping with our questions. Daniel had all the paperwork ready for us and completed the process. Thanks again A&L!!

A&L is by far the best RV dealership around. Emily on the sales team is attentive and listen to what her customers want. We just purchased our second RV from A&L and have zero complaints! The techs-Kevin and Johnny were amazing during our walk through and inspection and Mikayla was awesome! A&L is the best of the best!!!

We are so happy with our camper! Everyone was a delight to work with and so helpful. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated like family. Emily was a great salesperson and very knowledgeable. We chose A&L based on their reviews and we not disappointed. It is hard to find that kind of service these days, but here they honestly care about their customers.
