This rating is more for the repair/sizing side of this business. I dropped of my rings to be sized on 7/22 and was given a pick up date of 8/7. Have been checking the online tracking that hasn’t been updated since I dropped the rings off. Called last week was told that most 90+ % of repairs take longer than the estimated time. If this is the case why should you not give a longer time estimate for it be done? I would think customer
would rather have the longer estimate and have the service be done earlier than expected than to give false information and keep extending the time frame.Over 2 weeks for a ring sizing seems a bit long in the first place now I’m told it’s going to be even longer…. Also if you have an online tracking then it would be helpful to actually keep it updated.

Keema at the Zales store in Hamilton Place Mall in Chattanooga, TN was awesome. She was so informative and helpful. Her availability and follow up was amazing. My wife could not have been happier to get her 3 carat ring for our 15th year anniversary. Ring was resized and delivered back to the store in less than a month. Very pleased with Keema and the Zales experience. They will be my first stop for all my future jewelry inquiries.

Staff very unknowledgable about downsizing a ring and then tried to find every excuse in the world how it wasn't their fault that the ring they showed me and said could be downsized, in reality was not able to be. And only found out after calling at the 2wk mark for them to tell us there was an issue. Never apologized and her very rude and completely unprofessional when we were no longer interested in it and wanted our money back

Cherlin was AMAZING! She helped us so so much. She went above and beyond to build my dream engagement ring while ensuring we were getting the best price and quality. We clearly had no idea where to start or what we were doing, and instead of taking advantage of that, she helped us through the entire process and now I will have something i will cherish forever. I cannot recommend her enough!
