It’s my 25th wedding anniversary and not only did I need to repair my old wedding set but my husband purchased me another ring as well. Ms Gina was so kind and patient as I tried on multiple rings. She never rushed me and the experience was quite enjoyable. I will definitely go back and would recommend this dear lady if you are seeking help for a new purchase. After looking at jewelry on-line I went to the Zales location at the Northgate Mall to see what the item I was interested in actually looked like.
Gina Johnson waited on me and was extremely helpful. This location did not have the particular item I saw online but Ms. Johnson showed me similar items to what I saw and explained the differences.
What I decided on was a custom order and Ms. Johnson helped me order it on-line. Since I was going to be out of town when the jewelry arrived she had the items sent to the store for my pickup when I return. I appreciate her attentiveness and excellent service.

I Went into Zales @ Northgate Mall in Chattanooga yesterday, (my Favorite Jewelry Store) Ronny assisted me in cleaning my jewelry & inspecting my diamond pendant. He was Wonderful and he took the time to address an issue for me. He was extremely kind & helpful. I plan on going back soon & I want Ronny to assist me with my next purchase. Thank you again Ronny.
