Sunday April 14th at 6pm i went to the front desk for toilet paper and an issue with my remote, but no one was there... I called then looked out my window and the desk clerk was working on his green truck. (see attached photo's.) People like this are costing you money!Rooms: Clean.

Overall, our experience at Woodspring Suites… wasn’t terrible. You are in homeless and crackhead central, which definitely poses a safety risk late in the evening. The front desk staff is usually nice. No management really ever on property though. Getting maintenance in a room is a nightmare. Took forever to fix my toilet, and microwave.Housekeeping is a flat joke. I’ve mentioned it to management. But house keeping never actually does anything for long term guests. They NEVER clean the room, I have had to clean it the entire time I’m there. I’ve had to request clean linens, even ended up doing it on my own.And let’s not even forget the bug problem! The day we moved in. They told us, oh it’s because that room was vacant for so long… it was HORRIBLE on average I had to killed 6-10 roaches everyday. I treated my own room with Borax and poison/glue traps. Pest control does come, but the problem is so out of hand. I had to throw away many of my items , like my airfryer, and coffee pot, because I was afraid to take bugs with me when we left.Oh. And if you need any kind of internet connection for devices, good luck. You can’t even get signal to use without it buffering every 2 minutes. So not good for the traveling business personnel

Absolutely, by far, the best Woodspring Suites I’ve stayed at. The service is outstanding. You can’t get a friendlier staff. I love how organized they are with placing people in rooms. Makes it a nicer stay for those of us here long term. Location is a hop across the street from the highway. Convenient to stores but also out of the way. Had an awesome view of every firework display across Chattanooga for New Years. I haven’t seen the bugs that everyone has mentioned and I’ve been here a minute. Would absolutely recommend.

The service here needs improvement. There has been occasions we're unable to have access (in/out) to all four doors. Management would be aware and choose to fix the broken door at a very slow rate. And what make matters worse by not putting up a sign saying/warning others the door is not fixed. However, there's sign posted throughout the building at one point about placing a rock to prop the door open, front desk watching the camera and possibly be fined by doing so. This is Not an Example of Great customer service! To know you don't have full access to the building.Front desk temporarily closed during hours of operation some of time without "will be back" posted noted.The card reader doesn't work on the new vending machine. Most snacks inside are bite size but affordable!Positive NoteCleaning crew is good! Clean floors, rooms, laundry room, lobby and trash cans are pulled almost everyday.Woodsprings on Lee Highway is best extended stay on this end.Update: back door still doesn't work

Clean hotel. Front desk very helpful. They watch the property to ensure safety. Great place if you need a short term leaseSafety: Security watches property. There are cameras in halls. Lighting is good in all parking areas. Feel very safe here

The rooms are clean and have everything they are supposed to and if not staff is quick to give you what you may need. No bugs. The hallways are a little bit nasty and they need to change the water on each floor instead of using the same nasty black water for the but besides that they do a good job of keeping the hotel clean and the stairwell clean.They could leave the air conditioner in the hallway on because it gets very very hot but all together this is a good hotel to stay at.The staff is overall very good. Nancy is very helpful and straightforward. Jay is very friendly and quick to answer any question I do feel like he's a bit nitpicky at times but overall he's good. Lance is a good worker and is nice. The employee that really is made of impression on me is Aaron the night security guard that works during the week. He goes above and beyond expectations for his job in my opinion. He even often is seen working on weekends. He's always quick to answer calls and fix whatever problem there might be. He has even walked me in from the parking lot when it's dark and helped carry groceries.I would definitely recommend this place.

Hello, I'm going to leave a review here, about the receptionist Jay who served me in a prejudiced way, maybe it's because I don't speak English I spoke to him through a translator he simply ignored me and the little I could understand in English was enough to understand that he he spoke profanity of cursing, what a lack of respect. such a person is not fit to work in a reception.

It’s above and beyond I’m loving my experience here! They meet every expectation that I have for this five star hotel, they are in a location where the mall is 5 minutes away and just a great location!!Rooms: I could cook on the stove and store food it’s refreshing and immaculate.Nearby activities: It’s by the Hamilton place mall and it’s a great location overall.
