Great, fast service. Owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. Has helped size bracelets for several watches including a 1960's Rolex OP and modern integrated bracelets on Tissot PRX Powermatic 80.

I took my 20 plus year old Fossil watch to 2 different repair shops and they couldn't fix it. Watchmaker fixed it for $60. They will be my first stop next time.

Came in with my watch fir anew battery. They replaced right away. Also brought in our wall clock of 35 years. They fixed the chime and the second hand in just a few minutes. Very nice men and quick at a good price!

They were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Spoke of the brand of watch and knew of the special features it takes to just change the battery. It didn't take very long at all. Very pleased.

Excellent service. I had a broken watch band that they showed me how to order online (it was a unique European ceramic band) so that I could bring it in to them to install. They also replaced two watch batteries while I waited. Reasonably priced for the batteries and installation, about $14 each.

If you honestly care about your watch and just need a battery replacement please go here. They are cheap to replace but they will make sure your watch is fine tuned and don't see anything wrong. If u have a watch that just don't work. These guys are great, they tracked my pieces down I needed for my watch and reassemble it and kept it for a days just to make sure that it kept the time correctly and made sure I got my watch back without my concerns ... Thanks guys

Not only they did not call with status on the watch, but in my case they ruined it. It was lagging 5 min every hour (my grandpa watch from WWII) and when they said they could not fix it, I picked it up. To my dismay, it was not working at all!!! No apologies, nothing. Very unprofessional and perhaps incompetent. Definitely go elsewhere.
