Absolutely the worst Walmart around! Customer service is complete just rude and unprofessional, I asked for a supervisor 7 times and finally one just so happened to walk up! And Kevin ( the supervisor) was just as useless as the rest! Refused to give me my money back on unused items which had only been bought two days prior! The items were tools and they absolutely had no reason not to return especially since I had receipts for everything and the items are still new in packaging! Kevin should be fired, when I asked for a number to make a complaint he refused to give me the store number and told me he was the highest supervisor which is a lie after asking another employee about his supervisor status! Mr. Eldridge should have been presented with the problem but was not bc Kevin abused his power within the company!

Had an oil change done it says that my fluids were filled, but my washer fluid is bone dry. When the service was done I was not notified about the completion, so I was there for an hour in a half for nothing.

Do not go there for car maintenance they are the most cowardly people I've ever met. Day 1, went there for a oil change and got turned down for not having the correct dipstick. Day 2, returned back after having the actual dipstick and even brought the previous dipstick to show, got cut off and even was told that they still couldn't change the oil because it's not the "original" dipstick and I need one that is long enough to reach the engine. They are trying to destroy your vehicle because if I had listened to them I would of needed a new car overall. They don't know what they're doing, don't care, easily intimidated and don't take accountability for anything even when it's poor info. Please everyone stop going here for car maintenance you will be better off at east side lube or some other place like Midas. This store is a total circus and needs to be closed down permanently.

This place now expects customers to scan and bag their own groceries although this is not reflected in the price nor do they offer us a wage for doing what has always been a traditional service of the store and certainly is still built i to the prices.
