BEWARE……They gave me the wrong diabetic receiver. Prescription clearly said G7 and they gave me a G6! We used my FSA card that was on file. Took it back and they said without card or receipt they couldn’t give me my money back! They didn’t need my card to charge me to begin with!

The store manager Eric did an excellent job yesterday helping me with a dozens of printing projects. The was very component and caring. I highly recommend the Walgreens on East Brainerd.

Avoid this place at All cost! My teen daughter and I were visiting family friends in a nearby subdivision and before heading to the mall to do some last min birthday shopping for my daughter, we stopped in to grab Some Clearance Items & left over Christmas Sales.Everything was great up until I get to the checkout to pay for my items. That’s when troubles broke out, some of the makeup I picked up that was marked with a $.99 orange clearance sticker was ringing up reg price $3.99. The cashier was a female she was very quiet and didn’t really seem to interested in finding a solution but to call for assistance from another employee name Eric. Eric came over,very rudely picked the makeup and walked back to the other counter and checked out another customer. Instead of standing there I walked to the isle I had gotten it from to double check for myself. From observation it did have a clearance sticker. A very short time later Eric met me there and noted the codes on product didn’t match with code on sticker & that whomever placed the sticker put it in the wrong location. I wasn’t really believing it bc one almost identical rang up correctly $.99 but the other $3.99. Upon figuring out the problem I asked the employee Eric to let me see the makeup to compare the code myself. He then just looked at me with a blank stare. I asked him once again can I see the makeup bc I’ve already been rung up for it and I’d like to make sure what he told me was accurate. He refused he then said “I’ll just put it back on the shelf, we have lots of theft here at this store”. I couldn’t believe what he was implying?! I said im sorry sir are you saying that I’m stealing?!! He declined that he was implying that but why would he say that in the first place ? I had already been checked out for my items and was getting ready to exit the store with my purchase. I just wanted to know if the item I thought was on clearance was regular price or not?! How rude he was to me infront of many customers in the store as well. He belittled me and shamed me for asking for a price check. This isn’t even the end to this humiliating experience. When we got back to the counter i asked for his name. He refused to tell me and held onto his badge to prevent me from seeing it. I was in such disbelief with what happened. I had never been treated so inappropriate in my life! I made a comment that I should take my $50 elsewhere to another Walgreens. He picked my two bags up and proceeded to put them behind the counter after saying no I’ve already paid just give me my stuff and make sure you take the $3.99 charge off since I wasn’t paying for that one that wasn’t on clearance. He then yelled at me to give him the money!!! The $50 had been sitting on the register the entire time. He not once apologized for the confusion in which was a mistake made by the store. He embarrassed me and passed judgment against me in front of my child and other that ruined my entire evening. I hope this employee is taught better customer service skills and is punished accordingly to his behavior and actions so nobody else has to feel like the way I felt leaving yesterday. I will never forget the way he treated me and will share with the experience with my friends and family.

I’ve been using Walgreens for my prescriptions for a very long time. As of today, I will no longer use this place. My doctor has called in prescriptions twice now and they say she never did. October 26th of this year, she sent in my prescription and I just found out today about it while at an appointment. Couldn’t reach anyone at Walgreens on the phone to ask about it, doesn’t matter though, I know what they’ll say, “she hasn’t sent it in.” She showed me the proof. I don’t know what their problem is, but I can’t, and i’m sure other people can’t, wait and play a guessing game on when and if they’ll get their prescriptions. Let alone a call or text about it.

Scheduled a 9:45am Covid test. Got there early at 9:30, only to realize they do Covid tests inside the store exclusively now instead of thru the drive-thru. I tried to call the store using the phone number on maps to ask them if I could get a mask thru the drive-thru, but I was sent to a call center in a different state. I hung up and pulled up to the window. I was refused a mask thru the window and told to walk all the way thru the store to the pharmacy to receive a mask. I tried not to touch anything or cough but did have to interact with multiple people to get back to the pharmacy. I was given a mask then told to sit in the waiting room. Nothing I touched was wiped down; not the card reader POS, the counter, the door, NOTHING. I am so sorry to the elderly people who just came in to get a flu shot who will be leaving with Covid due to this Walgreens negligence. Not to mention, my appointment was pointless. I was not serviced till over 30 minutes after I was supposed to be. Very very frustrating experience. Will be scheduling all future tests elsewhere.

Do not EVER go to Walgreens pharmacy if you have a copay card, coupon or goodrx code of any kind. You may get somewhere after 4 employees and 2 hours, but you will be very upset by then. When they don’t know an answer, they lie and put it back on the customer to work out. They sent me to call the coupon manufacturer and my insurance only to come back and tell them, as I said, they were doing something wrong on their end. Then they did finally get someone competent after I went through the drive through 3x then came inside. I guess they realized I was serious by then. Stay far far away!!!

This place is horrible. Some supposed manager could not do anything about my sister's multiple accounts. So she finds a solution by calling the contact us number. She proceeds to be nice and tried to pass the information to the manager as he was outside. He balled up the number and threw it in the trash. That's where this dude belongs. Get rid of this guy ASAP, straight up terrible human being.

This Walgreens was amazing. Having so many issues with finding a location with my medicine and these guys were all about taking care of me and doing what needed to be done. Constantly making sure my order had come through and then when it did they were on it to get it filled asap. Jiten Patel and his staff were amazing!

Extremely unhelpful and rude employees. My wife called yesterday morning to verify we could come and take passport photos at anytime, and they told us that was the case. Our family came in around 7:45 pm after my son's baseball game to get them done because we have a passport appointment in the morning. We walked to the photo area where there are 3 Walgreens employees chatting with each other. We tell them we are here for passport photos, and the girl behind the desk asks if we are picking up or here to take photos. After we said we were here to take photos, she told us that we will have to come back in the morning because there is not enough daylight anymore. It's 45 minutes until sundown. Plus why are the photos being taken outside? Regardless, there is plenty of light outside. My wife responded with a really? and the female employee gave a snarky remark. I then said that we had called earlier in the day just for this reason. The girl then said we could go try the Gunbarrel location. The other two employees are doing absolutely nothing. How is driving to the other location wasting more daylight going to help me if they aren't accepting passport photos at this location? It seemed to me that they just did not want to do their job at all. Horrible customer service and very rude. Be better Walgreens.

It is impossible to get ahold of anyone in the pharmacy via phone. Be prepared to be on hold for a very long time. It seems like they pick up the line only to put you back on hold.

This pharmacy has lied to me about my prescription for the last 3 weeks saying it has been ordered and I will have it the next day. I've talked to multiple different people multiple times and now they are saying they can't get my prescription. Do not use this pharmacy.

Absolutely the rudest and unprofessional staff I have ever had to deal with. The manager, John, hung up on me. They are the most uncaring and heartless pharmacy and have no business being in the healthcare field whatsoever. Walgreens, you need to teach your pharmacists and managers how to treat people with a little dignity.

Waited on my doordasher to get items even though dasher went to wrong location!
