Cleveland Walgreens didn't have my daughters meds and sent me to gunbarrell rd Walgreens to be filled and was told they was already filling the prescription for me and be ready by the time I got down there.
That how ever was a lie, bc I had to wait an additional 45 mins to get the prescription after arriving at that Walgreens, on top of that the lady in the pharmacy was extremely rude!!!!!!!!

I appreciate my Gunbarrel Walgreens so much - especially the pharmacy staff on tonight. They are efficient, gracious and helpful. They get it all done with a smile. The shelves are always stocked and help is available when needed. Great job all !!!

Pharmacy should never be out of important medications that people rely on everyday. Why not have extra on hand. Also to not have the option to transfer that medication to another location is just ridiculous. Some have major medical conditions. Lost my business

The pharmacy is pretty slow to fill meds and the wait in line to pick them up can often be the same. Prices here are much higher than smaller mom and pop pharmacies. They do have a great selection of make-up products as well as quick and unique gift ideas.

Whoever the male is answering phones on the morning of Sunday 3/24 was incredibly rude about getting my infant and 2 year olds’ perscriptions that I need desperately. He told me SEVERAL times over and over that he has answered 17 phone calls this morning and he can’t fill any prescriptions while he’s on the phone. So let me get this straight: as long as people are calling Walgreens, he won’t be able to get my babies’ prescriptions ready? Poor excuse. I would love if it management could listen to this phone call and address this issue, otherwise we will not be going back here again.

Could definitely tell I was being watched and followed around store. As if I look like a typical shoplifter! My 55 year old self in my nice dress, expensive shoes, MK purse and full hair and makeup. I guess I spent too long in there shopping. UNCOMFORTABLE

This 5 star rating is NOT for the store. This is for the amazing associate who helped me and had to run back to the register to help everyone else when there was no one else around when I stopped in there around 8:15-8:20 tonight. Either he was the ONLY person in the store working or everyone else was just being too lazy to help. Either way this is not a good look for a store of any kind, let alone one as busy as this one was. He was the tall ginger guy (I think Jon?), he was super friendly and very helpful. Thank you so much for your help, you need a raise and a promotion.

Casey who has authority over the FedEx packages did not do her due diligence with my valuables. She stated that the package I dropped off was not at the dropoff location, then later found the package, shipped it, and delayed the delivery of my item.Better management is needed at this location to ensure the customer is not left in the dark due to lack of cohesion with the shipping partner.

Is the only Walgreens in the area that’s “Open 24-7” but is always closed due to staffing issues, piss poor management and is next to impossible to place an order online. Don’t bother coming in anytime during normal store hours either because it’s always disorderly and unclean inside.
