Well 1st off Min was very thorough with my pedicure, I Like that part, but it was a little time consuming. He wasn't very good at shaping the toe nails.When I got to Mary who was really layin into an older customer for being picky about her nails before I got in the chair. Mary seemed upset with me because I chose to keep my pink and white solar nails instead of taking them off like she wanted me to do and getting pink and white dip powder. Correct me if I'm wrong but when you get your nails done it's supposed to be what you want, not what your nail technician wants.I told her I wanted a clear pink and she said she was going do a mix sample. She mixed white with pink to see the color difference in a small glass, and then pour the mixture in the main container messing up the original acrylic powder as if she was trying to sabotage the color so that I wouldn't get pink and white, and claimed she didn't have anymore of that color. She didn't put white all over the tips of my nail like she should have so I just asked since she didn't want to correct my nails if she would give a discount. She said she would do 10% but then once we got to the register she added on a charge for nail file or something so she could get her 10% back.This was my first and last time ever coming to this nail shop, I advise all to steer clear of Mary she seems to be angry about something. She thinks customers getting their nails done is supposed to be her way not their way.

Great place to get your nails done and toes. I treated my friend Katy for her birthday present and she loved it. I also had a pedicure while I waited. The staff is awesome and extremely friendly. We had a great experience. Try them out.

I have been going to VIP nails for about 6 months now and I LOVE IT! I went to Mary because I needed to stop biting my nails and she is the only nail tech that has ever been able to make tips look so natural! Now I have my natural nail and I always get dip. Mary is absolutely amazing and I recommend her to everyone! The employees are always kind, respectful, and talented! They always listen to what you want and do an amazing job!Services: Dip powder
