On Friday 9/22 I brought my 2019 VW Atlas in for a battery adjustment as I was unaware you cannot just replace the battery. When I dropped the vehicle off everything was fine, upon pick up of the vehicle I noticed my climate control screen was shattered see pics. I notified my service advisor immediately to which I was told "there's no proof our technicians didn't even have to go in your vehicle". I told him it most definitely was not like that when I dropped it off. He then informed me their service manager wasn't there and he would call me to follow up on Monday. I spoke with the service manager today after having to call the department myself. He also informed me that I had no proof that it was them and he could quote me for a replacement. Still waiting to hear from the general manager but beware! Take videos inside and out of your vehicle before you drop it off!!

Hands down the worst experience with an auto dealership I have ever experienced. No follow through, no integrity from its employees, arrogant and condescending management from bottom to top! Lots of people selling cars out there, avoid this place at all costs. They don't care about customers and will back their own no matter what the facts are. They will not take ownership of their own actions and refuse to recognize their own mistakes.

Test drove a car with a price clearly marked on the side (and on the rear view mirror stalk). The information matched up with the car. It belonged to the car. We were interested and wanted to buy it... and were informed the "price was wrong". Apparently it was $10,000 too low? Yeah right. The original sticker price was fair market value, according to KBB. The "new price" was $10,000 over the KBB price. Stay away from this place. Sketchy people with no values.

Buy your OEM parts elsewhere unless you are fine with getting absolutely ripped off. It's nice to keep your money in your town but not when a bolt can be bought from other dealerships for $2.46 and you get charged $10.77. Everything is absolutely over priced, could have paid shipping and still been $150 cheaper for the items I bought. Lesson learned. Will not return.

Sales folks were okay, but not very helpful, though in fairness their stock was limited and we told them we were around six months out from being able to purchase a vehicle.

I just purchased a new VW Atlas Sport at Village VW and I could not have asked for a smoother transaction. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Great dealership.

Buying a car here was a great experience, we bought pre covid, so keep that in mind. The sales team was easy to work with and answered all of our questions. I think we drove 8 different cars before we decided and they just went with the flow. My 3 stars is for the service department. They stay busy because unfortunately, there really isn't a lot of services around this area for German cars. When you schedule, expect to wait at least two weeks to get in and then expect them to have your car for hours even with an express oil change. I had an issue with a middle row seat that needed to be taken out and fixed, they had my car for over a week even though the estimated time was two days. When I received my car back, there was a massive scratch on the inside panel paint from where they put the new seat in. Thankfully I saw it in front of the service manager and refused to accept my car until it was fixed. Took another week for them to get it into the body shop down the street to paint it. Are they friendly, yes. Do I feel that it's worth the price for the service you receive? Absolutely not.

I contacted the dealership to buy a car over the phone. I didn't ask to negotiate. I let them know I would be flying in and moving and I wanted the easiest transaction possible. She said no problem, picked me up at the airport. It took almost 2 hours for the order to be done, the car had to be detailed, the finance guy pushed me hard to finance and not pay cash.Within a few days the check engine light came on and so I took in to the dealer for the manufacturer (different dealer). They said the check engine light had been reset 22 times. After 3 visits, I had the car finally fixed. After 30 days the dealership had still not sent me my tags. I had to call multiple times, and they assured me 3 days in a row they were sending a new temproary tag. Well, 7 days late one showed up. The first time I called the sales rep asked for all for all of car issue receipts, because they wanted to make it right. Also, never heard back on that.I let the tag manager know what a bad experience I had had, that noone followed up on the car having issues or the tags. She assured me the manager or owner would call, 5 days later nothing.I don't expect anything from them, but I would like them to know that they have some serious room for improvement. I do not recommend using this dealership. The departments are very disconnected.
