I spent one day at the children's ER, the next day trying to get my SIM card fixed at this store. Of the two, the ER was less stressful. They refused to do anything with my phone because my husband wasn't present, even though I'm the account owner. The Verizon store in Red Bank was able to replace my SIM card in minutes without male approval. I will never visit this store again, and if it wasn't for the Red Bank store, we would've switched companies today.

The sales representative wasn’t friendly by no means! Didn’t great himself in any professional manner! I felt as it bothered him me asking questions about different options on phones. I only asked about two phones and felt I was treated like dude just buy a damn phone and get the hell out of here!

My husband and I went into the store to inquire about possibly upgrading our phones. As soon as we walked in, Brian approached us but acted as though we were an inconvenience to his day. He would not look at us, had an attitude, and was not helpful in the slightest. He acted like he couldn’t do anything for us because we didn’t have the latest and greatest premium plan. Then also stared at us as we were getting into our vehicle to leave. This is not a standard of customer service.

I had insurance on my phones. I took one not working properly TO THE STORE and the did it wrong and cost me $275. I'm now looking for a different carrier.

Patrick gave the worst customer service, I just left the store without anything. All I heard was what I could NOT do, and what he didn't LIKE to do on our family's share plan. I just wanted to buy a phone outright and go home, but he seemed determined not to sell me one.

We have multiple lines, recently added 2 more to our plan. When our bill arrived it was much higher than we were quoted. The sales rep that helped us wasn’t in the day that we stopped in so we were told he would look it over and get back to us the next day. He never got back to us, which is disappointing.

We have been with Verizon for over 20 years to pay more than a car payment for our monthly. Due to them monopolizing the market, the costs to have a basic need is outrageous. They Nickel and dime you for any of their services and the guy we met with today was literally the rudest guy in new blance shoes I’ve ever met.

I had a terrible experience with Elijah at the store on 153. He was rude and unwilling to answer any of my questions. He kept on spouting nonsense, trying to make me feel stupid. He gave me quite a bit of false information in order to try to get me to spend more money on unnecessary things. I left feeling frustrated and confused. I will probably never go back to that store.

Absolutely thrilled with Chattanooga’s Verizon store! Walked in with a question, but the manager went above and beyond, helping me save money in the process. Outstanding service that I highly recommend!

Cameron was extremely patient and went above and beyond to ensure I left the store with everything I needed yesterday! Provided multiple options for solutions to the problem I came in with (which was my fault), and he found a solution that worked well for me at the best possible price. Excellent customer service, he is an asset to the store! Alex was helpful, as well. Thank you guys!

Saw that add about getting the nfl package. Went into two different stores and got told two DIFFERENT answers on how to get it. Called the service number and talked to two different reps who told me all I had to do was upgrade my plan. I did, did not get the NFL package redeem code. Once I called in AGAIN, I was told that upgrading my plan did not qualify to get the NFL package. Now I’ve been charged more for nothing. I even have it written in an email stating that if I upgraded my plan I would get it. They are not honoring what was sent to me from a version rep.

I have worked retail and Brian suffers what we call selective tunnel vision. There were three of us and this girl walked in and decided to stand closer to the middle. Brian walks up and talks to the girl. Instead of asking who is next he goes to the young girl and asks what he can do to help her. My wife said I am next and he said without looking up I will be right with you. After he helped the girl picking up her phone he then turned to a woman who just walked in and asked if he could help her until another associate wearing a mask had to tell him we were next. He then proceeded to tell us that they don't do battery replacements until he finally listened to my wife that Verizon has sent her to this store with a confirmation number. He was cold, glued to his screen and lack any manners.

Thanks for your reply, Saying 'our bad and thanks for feed back' does not mean any thing. How about investigate what happened and coach your employee on how to treat customers. I understand it was busy but the fact he picked a random person, was rude and then intentionally ignored us and went to a customer who just enter the building shows that he needs to learn to be respectful, use eye contact and HAVE MANNERS. Thank you.
