I was a loyal Verizon customer for many years. Unfortunately, I encountered a frustrating issue when my phone stopped working. I ordered a replacement online, but it never arrived and was marked as “under review” after being lost in transit. I was without a phone for over a week before visiting a Verizon store to resolve the issue.
At the store, the staff did their best to assist and even contacted Verizon on my behalf to recover my original phone number. However, they were unsuccessful, as the number was still tied to the lost device. As a result, I was assigned a new number and purchased a new phone.
I believed the issue had been resolved until I began receiving bills for two lines and two devices, despite only using one. I continued paying the bill for a few months, spending considerable time at the Verizon store trying to resolve the matter. During this time, I overpaid by more than $600. While the store representative made efforts to help successfully having two payments credited to my account Verizon assured me the issue would be corrected, yet it never was.
Now, to my shock, I’ve discovered that Verizon has reported this unresolved charge to my credit, claiming I owe for a phone and service I never used or received. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this situation. I would appreciate immediate assistance to correct this billing error and remove the negative credit report, as it is both inaccurate and unfair.

Terrible customer service. Sales rep looked down the entire time. Had zero personality and lied to me about the deal I was getting.

We received great help at the Hixson Verizon store with a billing problem. No pressure to buy a new phone or anything else.

I walked in for a new phone, I was helped right away by an associate. He showed me what was available, and I was out of the store with a new phone in under 20 minutes. Well done!

Each time I deal with this store, it’s a bad experience. Employees seem to want to push you towards the automated systems and call centers rather than simply being helpful and providing a good experience. I would avoid this location if possible.

Just had the best experience with Jason and Elijah at this store!!! Very efficient and helpful getting my elderly mother a new phone and added to our family plan!!!

Service sucks. My bill had a different price, EVERY MONTH. How is that possible and I had UNLIMITED on everything!! NOPE NOPE NOPE.

Signed into queue when I got there. Waited in the car with my toddler. When I got the text to go back in, they had just skipped over me to the next person. No one ever available to talk to.

I will not shop at this store ever again. I do a lot of business with Verizon for my company and personal. This is the closest Verizon to me, but I will drive an extra 15 miles to go to another Verizon store. They helped two people that walked in after us even though we had checked in. We waited over 20 minutes for our turn. After we were skipped over twice we left.

I spent one day at the children's ER, the next day trying to get my SIM card fixed at this store. Of the two, the ER was less stressful. They refused to do anything with my phone because my husband wasn't present, even though I'm the account owner. The Verizon store in Red Bank was able to replace my SIM card in minutes without male approval. I will never visit this store again, and if it wasn't for the Red Bank store, we would've switched companies today.

The sales representative wasn’t friendly by no means! Didn’t great himself in any professional manner! I felt as it bothered him me asking questions about different options on phones. I only asked about two phones and felt I was treated like dude just buy a damn phone and get the hell out of here!

My husband and I went into the store to inquire about possibly upgrading our phones. As soon as we walked in, Brian approached us but acted as though we were an inconvenience to his day. He would not look at us, had an attitude, and was not helpful in the slightest. He acted like he couldn’t do anything for us because we didn’t have the latest and greatest premium plan. Then also stared at us as we were getting into our vehicle to leave. This is not a standard of customer service.

I had insurance on my phones. I took one not working properly TO THE STORE and the did it wrong and cost me $275. I'm now looking for a different carrier.
