I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Chris, an outstanding employee at Verizon Wireless, across multiple locations including Highway 58, Dayton Blvd, Brainerd Rd, Dunlap, and Dayton. Matt Truax was a ton of help by helping me port my number from T mobile to Verizon and helping me transfer my data to my new phone I wouldn’t have been able to do it without him! I would recommend this store to everyone. Thanks Matt!

I want to start with dealing with phone issues, buying and anything cellular my husband and I hate. We knew we had to upgrade due to age and issues with both of our phones.We had the best experience dealing with Verizon with the help of Katie Henry. Katie was so patient with us and answered every question with a smile. She went out of her way to get us what we needed at the best price.

READ THE FINE PRINT. Luke Verville and the "Upper Manaegent" do not care. We were lied to upon exchanging out 2 IPhones a 13 PRO and 13 Pro Max with a $1000 Credit on each phone offered on the verizon app. We mailed the phones back to Verizon and received no credit to our account. Luke Verville stated multiple times that the bill was going to be lower, we just needed to wait 3 months for discounts to show. I got nothing for my old phones and I am now locked into a contract for 3 years at full price, with no discount/credit for trading in phones that were over 50% paid off. JUST GO TO VERIZON DIRECTLY TO BUY YOUR PHONE THEY CAN'T HELP YOU AND WON'T HELP YOU. I am buying the phones out and taking my service elsewhere.

Chris freeman excellent customer service today with me. I needed a new phone and he was able to get me $600 off my phone instead if $350 that I thought I was getting. He also transfered everything and set up my new phone for me. Amazing service!!!! Love this store
