Katie Henry did a marvelous job transferring my work phone number over to our family account. She was totally professional, responsive to all our questions, super polite and extremely knowledgeable.

Katie Henry is the best!!! She diffused a bad situation and put an end to my nightmare. My brand new screen protector less than a month old cracked. :( I had barely moved into my brand new phone and now this. Katie was very professional and helped me resolve my nightmare quickly and painlessly. Her caring customer service really put me at ease. I have enough stress and didn't have any bandwidth leftover for an issue with a brand new phone and accessories less than a month old. Katie's caring attitude, demonstration of keen product knowledge, and admirable professionalism was just the medicine I needed. We've been Verizon customers forever because of their excellent customer service. Katie emulated that when I needed it most. Thank you, Katie! I want to start with dealing with phone issues, buying and anything cellular my husband and I hate. We knew we had to upgrade due to age and issues with both of our phones.We had the best experience dealing with Verizon with the help of Katie Henry.
