“Located on the top floor of the republic centre this is the absolute highest and best location to have fine dining and see a full view of the downtown Chattanooga landscape. Luxury married with mouthwatering food at this social club. Highly recommend the ahi tuna. Great for event space rentals, large group gatherings <200. If you work in the area they also are a great location for lunch business mtgs with private rooms and a full lunch menu. Set up a date night, stop in for an appetizer and a cocktail before a concert, or come and plan to sit and stay a while breaking bread with those you love. Bon appetit”

“Wonderful outdoor space. Well balanced cocktails. The potato’s were soft and crispy amazing. Loved all the food. Only suggestion is for larger side plates for sharing. The tiny plates offered are great for tea cups but not much else.”

“Attended Family Free Night with my 20 yo, 14 yo twins, and 6 mo infant - all had a great time.

It was jam-packed from 530-645p; and cleared up around 7. So much easier to explore and experience everything.

So so much to explore.”

“We have had 2 birthday parties here within 3 months. And I would have to say I love this place! Not just for birthday parties but to bring the kids for a place to get out energy, and just let them be kids. The management is fun, but very helpful, respectful, courteous, kind, and professional”

“Overall it is a great B&B. The first night was a littke rough. My room was blazing hot. I took a atar off because staff was unreachable after 9. If someone were to be locked out of their room, that would have been an issue. That said, Sabrina was phenominal. The Mansion was gorgeous. Breakfast was good. I would go back, but just be aware that you can’t contact anyone after 9pm.Rooms: Beautiful, comfortable beds.Nearby activities: The only thing within reasonable walking distance is UTC. Everything else is 20 min plus by foot.Safety: Felt very safe. Beautiful tree lined street.Walkability: Next to UTC, but you need a Lyft or Uber to get to and from anywhere.Food & drinks: Breakfast was good, but it won’t blow you away.Noteworthy details: Sabrina and the staff were very pleasant. The inn had beautiful details on all floors. I loved the front porch.”

The catering was delicious and the samples for the release were delicious. Highly recommend this as an event space for work gatherings or small weddings. “I had purchased some tulips from Raintree. Tulips sometimes won’t open, in this case mine didn’t. Sandy was very cooperative. She replaced all the tulips that didn’t open and actually gave me a few extra. And to top it off she even had them delivered to my home all free of charge. Excellent customer service I would highly recommend to anyone!”

“Fantastic space with very nice owners. I went for Nightfall’s Jazz Cafe series and enjoyed the ambiance. The Lisa Anita Baker band played and Allen Cook was the featured artist. He is an amazing pianist and smooth vocalist. Listening to Andre on the bass was an experience in itself and Yattie provided a great local vibe on the drums. The three together sounded like the keyboard and guitar were communicating back and forth and the drums were the cafe in which they held the conversation, at times becoming the topic of discussion. The menu was delicious and the servers were very friendly. There were several tapas on the menu; I recommend pairing the Espresso Chai Martini with a Churro Donut. I cannot wait to return.”

“I'm DJ Big Lunch with 1st Verse Productions and was at this venue performing for a company event. This location has a lovely staff and a gorgeous scenery. Everything was noticeably well kept and clean. The gentleman overseeing the event was both helpful, polite, and on point. In fact the entire team working the event were all polished, polite, and accommodating. Thanks to their help, any issues that were encountered were easily overcome.I highly recommend this place for being a gorgeous venue, but moreover for its dynamite staff. Thanks to everyone for making my life easier and an event for a mutual client a smashing success. ? ? ?I look forward to working together again in the future. I wish you good business, you all have earned it.”

“So lovely! Don't miss it. I think it's the best part of Chattanooga. Park the car and just wander. If you see water or the end of a street, just walk to it and you'll discover hidden art, sculptures, beautiful walkways, short staircases...you might even see bakers doing their magic in the pastry kitchen. Stop at Rembrandts coffee and sit/ relax under the trellis. Head over to the art museum area and see more sculptures there. Admire the architecture of 3 buildings of the museum. Keep walking and you'll head towards a pedestrian bridge. Keep going, explore and marvel!”

“Stopped by Gallery 1401 today looking for a gift for my wife, and was so impressed with the mix of artists represented in this Chattanooga gem. The staff was friendly and very helpful in my search, and they were even able to contact one of the artists I was looking at! Definitely a new favorite, and I cannot recommend it enough.”

“LOVED staying here!Beautiful and UPDATED rooms and grounds. Workout room was clean and had great equipment - has a Peloton!Noise levels inside and outside aren’t bad at all - pretty quiet in general.Very happy and will stay here again! One weird thing is the breakfast isn’t complimentary…you have to pay $17 for a buffet style normal hotel breakfast…very strange.”

“I really enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast was fresh and the area was clean. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice. I liked having a balcony in the suite. The water in the tubs was hot and didn’t go cold fast. The beds were very comfortable. The decor and furniture were older and had seen better days. The only problem I experienced was a roach infestation in the kitchenette inside the suite. There were no roaches in the rooms or bathrooms but when I started to cook roaches started to come out from the cabinets. I called the front desk and they offered to put us in another room. I declined another room because we were leaving in the morning. They did come to the room and spray. I enjoyed everything about the hotel except the bugs.”

“Don't buy a gift card because they won't let you use them. We went to celebrate a birthday. Took the staff an hour to figure things out before we could check in. We had purchased $200 gift card. Discovered that there's a $160 difference between buying tickets online vs in person. The general manager wouldn't come to speak to us instead they sent kids to speak to us that had no authority. We asked if they'd match the online price and allow us to use the gift cards, they said no. They won't allow you to use the gift cards online. We are disappointed in the customer service we received. Would you spend $200 on gift cards only to discover you couldn't use them? Would you buy tickets in person if online is cheaper? Moral of the story, the owners need to change the policy of allowing gift cards to be used for online purchases.”

“Great location, very comfortable bed, very nice staff up front. Near to Tesla charger and nice dog park. No elevator, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Rooms: Clean, comfortable room. A/C worked well, blackout curtains were great!

Nearby activities: Near a mall, many convenient restaurants, and a beautiful park (with dog park).”
