Be careful with these folks, they SOLD us X-rays that showed nothing. Further, they did nothing to address the problem but prescribe pain pill. All in $700 and the dog still has his problem. If I had to do it again, I’d go to a regular vet who knows how to listen and not be a (poor) salesman to extract as much money, through fear. They should be ashamed. If I could give them a 0 star it would be so. Be careful.

I strongly do not recommend going here unless it is some form of injury that immediate attention or money is of no relevance. They will give you an “estimate” up front which is high, but “I guess my pet needs it.” Then you have to pay that estimate before treatment mine was about $500 for bloody diarrhea . Then they take your pet and treat them. But then suppress you at check out before they bring your pet out with hundreds of dollars more to pay.

The staff was wonderful!!! Everyone genuinely cared about us. Dr. Rios took the time to explain the situation, the possible causes, the medications needed and gave me options.

I wouldn't even give them one star but in order to post my review I had to. This place is a joke they will act as if they are so concerned about your pet and make you believe that they are there to help ha! I do not recommend this place of so called medical practice for animals or any other veterinarian for that matter! Don't believe me show up with a life threatening emergency in a panic and you will leave with your dead pet in the trunk for the ride back home..,. unless you got money to pay the thousands of dollars upfront then u might leave with your pet still alive !! Once they realized I wasnt of the upper class pay rate and that I could only afford nothing more than a couple hundred dollars a week they couldnt do anything for my dog and that's not even the worst part they told me I couldn't take him out of their in that condition alive that if I wanted my pet then they would put him to sleep the most devastating thing I've ever 1st and last time visit!!!!!!pet pet is in serious critical condition and you need help saving their life

About 2 weeks ago, our Golden Retriever had a sudden onset of multiple grand mal seizures. Our regular vet was closed and so we brought her to VCA as soon as possible where they promptly handled her with care and treatment to get Molly back on the mend. Dr. Deanna was absolutely wonderful and so was the front office staff and techs who were so caring of our molly girl. Highly recommend VCA.

My dog ate a large ball of raw pizza dough. I first called another 24hr vet in the area. They told me to hang up and dial a pet poison helpline that wanted to charge me $85 just to be told whether I should take my dog in or not. I hung up and called VCA.The receptionist was extremely friendly and put me on hold while she spoke with the Dr. They recommended I bring my dog in to induce vomiting. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. They induced vomiting and gave him some fluids and anti-nausea medicine and also gave me tips on how I can prevent him constantly eating things he shouldn't. They even called me the next day to see how he was doing! Great experience with VCA!

They were extremely compassionate and the ladies that worked nights were so helpful when I came in with my cat. They were so thoughtful and understanding as well when I sadly had to say goodbye to Anna. Just wanted to say thank you ladies. I forgot your names but the vet and team were amazing!! I highly recommend.

I want to thank the amazing staff at VCA. They have been amazing throughout every step of this stressful process with our cat Loki. Loki was vomiting and not eating for over a week after seeing our general vet. Loki was referred to here after discovering his gall bladder was distended and needed to see a specialist. Dr. Halford has been amazing throughout this journey and allow me to message her updates at home. It has been a up and down battle to get him to eat. This past week, Loki had to undergo surgery and Dr. Wearing answered all our questions. They were understanding on allowing us to bring his favorite pink bed and blanket to ensure he was comfortable for his stay. Dr. Wearing texted us before he started surgery and calls us right after. Our boy is back home and still has a long way for recovery but I'm so grateful. I also want to give a special shoutout to Rachel as she consistently texted me videos and updates every morning. I also want to give feedback to the front desk staff to fix our previous invoice to ensure we got our military discount that we discovered two weeks later. Thank you to everyone who has loved and care for our boy.

The staff here was exceptionally kind and understanding of our situation. They treated our pet with care and patience towards all our concerns and questions. It's hard having to take your fur child to the ER and a visit can get really expensive quickly. Having caring people guiding you along the way can make a world of a difference.

Just like with people doctors, if you don't have all day or all night and at least $1,000.00 to lay down don't bother going there. And yes I've used them and so has my daughter. There's no reason why their fees should be so high except "greed".

The staff at VCA have been nothing but outstanding since we walked in with a very sick pup over a week ago. I cannot thank them enough for saving our German Shepard’s life! We had an incredible team of doctors and nurses/techs who spent an endless amount of time trying to figure out how she got so sick. I’m so grateful to each and every one of them who worked diligently to save our baby. Each and everyone of them are hero's in my eyes! Thank you! Thank you a billion times for not giving up on our Meeka and for getting her back home! We are forever grateful for each and every one of them and I will be singing their praises the rest of my life.

I cannot say enough how phenomenal Dr. Rios was in caring for my dog! We were visiting family that weekend out of town, when my dog, Gus, was struck by a car. VCA was the closet animal hospital. Immediately as we pull in, staff members are coming through the doors with a gurney rushing to help.Dr. Rios and her staff went above and beyond, not only for Gus, but for me too. I genuinely could not thank her enough for all the updates via texts over the next 24 hours he was there. She was professional, knowledgeable, and truly meant to be in this role - as her love for animals shines from her heart through her work.Forever grateful for this place ♥️?
