Can’t say enough positive things about this office! The staff has always been great and helpful. After a missed signature package, the agent at the Hixson office had a carrier bring the box to me after hours! A kind young woman brought it and was so nice. I appreciate the local carriers!

I have been waiting on my first water bill after moving to Hixson. I just called water company to find out it was mailed a month ago and I wasn't the first person wondering where their mail is. The lack of employment, customer service needs to change fast!!!
