Oopsie! The postman forgot to shut and lock the mailboxes after he/ she delivered everyone's mail today. It won't even shut without the key. Today is Saturday, so it's going to be like this until Monday. :( I noticed it was left open and immediately got my mail, Thank Goodness, bc I had a check come today! I hope nobody gets anyone else's mail!USPS- I Appreciate and Love you guys to death, but Please slow down so you don't make anymore mistakes like this.

This office claimed that a package was delivered, when it was not. Claimed mailbox was full for over a month and resent all mail to the sender. This was false, I check and collect mail twice a week. In reality, they claimed the address "vacant" after 3 days. Contacted the sender, mail was not received.I'll admit, the office staff member on the phone was patient and polite, although I've never been so politely called a liar before.I am sure this is not a reflection of most staff members, the usual courier is great, rather procedure and policy are just absent on behalf of the postmaster's accountability.

This is a busy post office located near the intersection of Market and Frazier Avenue in Chattanooga. Great service from a high volume area. Use caution when pulling into or out of the parking area since it's a one way road with pedestrians and drivers not paying attention.

I have encountered a variety of staff members and they are always kind and helpful, this is not always the case at post offices. I appreciate their general good attitudes !

I genuinely hate this location. We constantly have packages being marked as not deliverable for multiple reasons, all of which are lies. Each time I call them directly they magically have it delivered right to the door the next day. This time I went above them and all the sudden they refuse to deliver a package still, but yet they still delivered a different package. Whoever answers the calls is 9/10 times rude as possible and very short/hangs up on your mid conversation.

Went in to ask a simple question but god forbid we ask anything of Julian up front, he responded acting annoyed and dismissive the whole time. I get being like that if someone is giving you a hard time but we only asked a simple question with a simple answer.

Our regular mail carrier, Brent, is fantastic. Our complaint is the weekend mail carrier that marks they couldn’t access driveway or porch and they were unable to deliver. I find that hard to believe 1: because I was sitting where I could see the mail truck on this particular Sunday at the times specified and they didn’t even run and 2: after multiple times of hearing the same excuse for not delivering the packages, it’s not believable any longer. If the USPS can’t handle Amazon’s contract, they need to give it up.

I'm only giving 2 stars because I love the people who work at the counter. The drivers are LAZY. They will deliver your mail when they feel like it versus actually doing their job on a daily basis. Truly doesn't matter which driver you have. I suggest getting a PO Box if you are dealing with branch of our good government otherwise you will never know if you are actually going to get your mail or not
