We got there at 7:30pm paid $21 a piece to do the unlimited time on the go carts. The 2 boys running it was only using 3 cars 1 double and 2 singles when they had 6 carts. They acted like they weren't happy to be there and when my son got on it it died the first hill up. He told him it won't make it do you want to get off. Now it's 8:35 so he gets off. They weren't even letting them ride the full 4 minutes they were making them come in at 1.34 . This was the worst place I've ever been not worth the money.

Don't buy a gift card because they won't let you use them. We went to celebrate a birthday. Took the staff an hour to figure things out before we could check in. We had purchased $200 gift card. Discovered that there's a $160 difference between buying tickets online vs in person. The general manager wouldn't come to speak to us instead they sent kids to speak to us that had no authority. We asked if they'd match the online price and allow us to use the gift cards, they said no. They won't allow you to use the gift cards online. We are disappointed in the customer service we received. Would you spend $200 on gift cards only to discover you couldn't use them? Would you buy tickets in person if online is cheaper? Moral of the story, the owners need to change the policy of allowing gift cards to be used for online purchases.

Not clean. You must purchase “their” socks even if you have grip soaks. And, no one was at the front counter for a long time - I had to hunt someone down for assistance. Lastly, there is not enough space/seating for parents. All these negatives leave me to rate this place a one star considering the excessive costs.

I went to this place back in March had a young lady to help me sign up for a membership. That membership wasn't properly explained. I've been charged 3 times only been to the park once but because of the membership I can't get a refund and everyone you talk to think it's funny. The company is a joke when it comes to customer service. The representative laughed at the fact I was given the wrong info. I had 8 kids with me while trying to sign up for this so no I didn't know everything that went on but as a company they could have done better. Especially when you see people dealing with kids!

Staff is not to be seen in this place. Standing in line for a long time, nobody working the concession stand, no pizza available to buy. Paid $33 for entrance.

Markel and Ta zarea are EXCEPTIONAL- busting there bums at Urban Air to please patrons and make sure they are safe ❣️❣️Markel was great - managing the cafe, clean up, and assisting Ta zarea in the climb area. Ta zarea was handling, the climb area, zip line and ropes course. Unbelievable how hard they were working- sure would love to have them on my team and hope they are being paid VERY WELL ‼️

I recently had the misfortune of visiting this trampoline park, and I'm still trying to process the sheer disappointment and frustration I experienced. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this place was not going to be a pleasant experience.
First of all, the facility was dirty. Like, really dirty. The floors were sticky, the equipment was covered in dust and grime, and there were discarded trash and food wrappers everywhere. It looked like no one had bothered to clean the place in weeks. And second of all, the employees, the employees were also another part of my horrible experience at this place. They were rude and did nothing about the trash all around the facility

This place sucks the food is nasty and stale my sister got fired just for using the bathroom the bathrooms stink and dirty the manager is rude to the coworkers and they don’t even get payed good /and if the manager reading this you suck

First time bringing my kids, have no intention of returning. It was late on a weekday so the staff were not overburdened with responsibilities, yet I could not get a bit of decent customer service from a single one of them. Nothing but rudeness, blank stares, sarcastic laughs. Zero communication- incidents such as holding up the wristband and staring blankly waiting for us to stick our hand in. It's fine that your protocol is the employees putting the bands on, but they need to communicate that effectively as opposed to acting like the customer is the stupid one for not understanding. I guess people skills are just optional in customer service jobs around here.
Place was dirty and generally dangerous. Deflated trampoline, tough balls instead of foam in the pits.
Saw a young man wearing the employee shirt lurk around the trampoline my boys were playing in holding up his phone, appearing to take a photo of us. He immediately walked out of the building, so we didn't know if he was even an actual employee. He was caucasian and had shoulder length blondish hair.
And don't get me started on the prices. $20 to go on a couple trampolines, up to $40 to do just a handful of more things. Any addons are no less than $7. Don't even want to know what those cafe prices are like.
Required us to purchase their own grippy socks, even though we had our own. Wish I'd made the boys change back into their own - the ones we were given were thin, offered no protection, and many of the 'grip buds' on the bottom had come off entirely after just two or so hours on the trampoline.
If you really want to do a jump park, go to the other one in Chatt, it's right down the street. Better bang for your buck, more things to do, and the employees understand the basics of customer service.

This place is okay. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for the go karts, because the employee was taking his sweet time each session. Same with the climbing stuff. Half the employees don’t seem to care at all if they help you or not. Not worth $40 per person

Andre White was super nice. It was time to close the zip line but he noticed how long my girls had been waiting to go so he let them both go a couple of times before they closed. I'm so grateful he did. My daughter was so nervous to do it and now it's her favorite. THANKS ANDRE!

I really didn’t want to write this but I can’t seem to get a return call or a manager on the phone. After paying $600 for a birthday party 1 person in my party was discriminated against. They put a band on him after I paid for him and then told him he weighed too much to jump. I do not recommend this place at all. Overly expensive and will not let a person jump after you pay for them.
UPDATE::: Nobody has reached out to me to try to make this right!
