This location frustrates me so much
The owner is incompetent and this is probably why it’s a new staff every few weeks. It’s extremely clear the old staff knew more than the owner that must be why he fired them or they quit. Everytime I come here they are charging me for something different I went for about year they never charged to print a label now it’s $3 per. Which is fine whatever but now they’re charging $3 to put a strip of tape across the box? I have sent hundreds if not thousands of UPS packages for my business or personal shipping and there is no relationship. They don’t try and foster any type of relationship with customers and it is very dry. If they open a UPS ANYWHERE near this location go to another. The owner is rude and the employees are robots. This isn’t the UPS I’m used to dealing with.

I was scolded like a child by the “manager” Kim. I would never have guessed anyone in this location was in charge based on the unprofessionalism in my experience. I went in to send my work computer back to my company. There was nobody in the store and her and another associate just watched me struggle to even enter and didn’t bother helping. They didn’t greet me. I get to where they are standing staring at me and tell them what I need. I didn’t tape the box as I don’t have packaging tape. I was told I’m responsible for tape- I explained I don’t have any if they could tape it. Yes, this is all over taping my box! They refused and when I asked for their manager I was told there wasn’t anyone else. I eventually get that this is a franchise. Kim says after a few minutes of me trying to find a way to talk to someone else that the “owner” who she wouldn’t tell me the name of or give me any contact information for would be back shortly. I said I’ll have to wait then. During this, customers came in and Kim would stop helping her customers to look over at me and tell me these pieces of information by shouting it across the room. Eventually, she tells her customers to wait a moment and walks out of the store. A couple minutes later comes back and tells me “He said as a courtesy we will tape it for you this one time but if you come again NO” Again, while shouting it over the other people gathered and walking to her own customers. What kind of manager can’t make this kind of decision? Then to scold me like a child and blame the entirety of it on “He”, assuming the owner? I hope the owner sees this and knows this whole review and 15 years of being a customer, gone - all could have been avoided. Whether it matters or not, I’ll never come back to this location.

Customer service is nonexistent at this location. They seem to think it is a privilege to use their store. I have shipped packages for years (via USPS, FedEx, & UPS) and I will will go out of my way to not use this location. UPS needs to remember that service all they provide and that service starts at the 1st point of contact.

Chattanooga Gunbarrel Rd. 6:00 July 3rd 2024. WORST SERVICE EVER. Went to take a package to return to Amazon.I had my label but I'm not in the habit of keeping packing tape at my house. The bi... LADY at the counter refused to add 1 funky azz pieceof tape to tape my box up. Saying they have to sell it because they don't get reimbursed for tape. Alright that's EFFED up but here's the kicker. They charge $20 for tape. I picked up my package and walked right out. Got me all the way messed up if you think Im paying $20 for a roll of tape, let alone ONE FUNKY AZZ piece!! DO BETTER UPS STORE. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS RIGHT NOW!

If we could do a zero star we would. The owner was down right nasty and he broke the Xbox we were trying to ship as he started grabbing it out of the box AFTER the supposed manager yelled at us because we asked her to bubble wrap the Xbox. We were willing to pay for the bubble wrap and peanuts and for the shipping. She said it would it would be easier if we did it ourselves but the whole reason we came in was to have assistance. The owner started grabbing stuff out of the box and was defensive and told his manager to grab his cell phone and told us to leave. We didn’t raise our voices we were just looking for help. Both the owner and the manager yelled for no reason. News flash you’re there to assist customers not yell at them and tell them do it themselves. We will be filing a claim for the damage to the item. This is ridiculous! Don’t own a store to help people if you hate customers . Clearly we aren’t the only one who has had issues here. We went to another store and they packed and shipped it with no problem and even charged less than what Frank quoted. Frank said it would be $7 for the bubble wrap they didn’t want to assist with and then shipping. The UPS stop at signal mountain instantly helped with no hesitation and charged $2 for bubble wrap. Frank you need to get out of this business you don’t know what you’re doing

I was with my husband Mr. Dahlberg who you and your employees chose to yell at when this all took place. I was right outside. And from allllll the reviews you’re the worst. You can’t justify the way y’all treat people there. Y’all need to close down because y’all could care less about assisting customers and we aren’t the only people who have experienced this asinine behavior

Employees were dismissive and unhelpful. Also complaining about customers in front of other customers which is pretty unprofessional.

The owner was rude and claimed the box with plants would be tossed around no mater what instructions were on the box. Be aware this is not ups, and they do not operate like ups! I talked with an ups driver outside of the store and he stated they have a ton of complaints about him. Your best bet is to go to the founders way and the will property ship it for you. And it’s cheaper!
None of what you are saying is true! I inquired about you and it seems you are the problem.

Was in here at 4pm today and the 3 incompetent employees had the line outside the door. A definite commendation should be awarded to them because the line did not fully go into the parking lot and impede traffic. Most people do not have an hour to drop off a simple package because the workers move at a pace equivalent to a dead person. No initiative or motivation to move faster or to make adjustments for a quicker customer experience just the same incompetent dumbfounded stupid looks as captured in the picture. The female worker who looks like a man with a smug look on her face shaking her head as customers come in as if we are the problem. Figure out ways on how to adapt to your customers needs at busy times and how your incompetence affects customers as they have to wait for long periods of time or have to drive to another location. THINK about someone else instead of yourself or how much you hate your mediocre job and life. Please do something about your terrible customer service instead of making excuses in reply to these comments. I will go to CVS for much faster UPS returns and not have to look at walking talking zombies you call "workers".

This location has gone down hill so bad since all the good employees quit. I've had a mailbox here for over a year. Rents due soon and I am really debating going elsewhere with my business.
