Same thing as most of the people in the reviews. Today is Tuesday my package has been sitting at the facility since Thursday. Says it was delayed by weather after it arrived to the Chattanooga UPS facility but it’s sunny and 65. Yesterday it was finally “out for delivery” but never showed up.

I was to receive package Wednesday afternoon! However, I got notification package was delivered on my porch! I went to front porch- Nothing 0 was there. I looked at the photo that was attached to the email I received! The place where the items were delivered was NOT my porch! I have NO CLUE where the package was delivered, but it sure isn't my house !! I called UPS and of course All I got was automated system that would NOT connectme to a live Agent!! I Called Amazon a d tbey said it could take 48 hours to get info! I'the pictures of the porch shows brown BRICK STEPS AND A WHITE FLOOR My porch has wooden steps and wooden porch colored in brown!!Big Difference in the place it was delivered!! I don't understand how this can happen! I want my items!!

Delivered at wrong address! Now it’s being sent back to the sender! Now I have to wait to get a refund! That’s going to take weeks to get it back. Unhappy with ups!!

Just about every package I have delivered from ups is delivered to the wrong place. Had one delivered last night and one delivered today and both to the wrong place. I have cameras so I know for a fact it wasn’t delievered. Asked all the neighbors and no one has it or has seen a package. They need to start paying attention to people’s addresses.

The Ups customer service is some of the worst I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. They lie to me and my customers. The close claim investigations and just say they were close just because no particular reason. Worst service ever.

Pay for daily pick up , am a business, and you never know if they are going to pick up. Unprofessional and no one is held accountable. 3 times in 2 weeks. Fedex cost a little more, but I guess you get what you pay for.

UPS continues to leave packages on the mailroom floor @ The Maclellan Apartments on Broad St 37402. He reports that he’s leaving packages @ the front door . Front door is not mailroom floor. Please correct this asap ! 5 packages had accumulated in the mailroom because I’m checking for them at my front door. My mail is time sensitive.Please fix this !

I hope this catches the right people's attention. It was recommended that I leave this review here by your 1800 customer service number.Hello, I was hoping just to be able to leave some customer feedback. I am incredibly livid with UPS. I was supposed to receive a package today. The email said it was a scheduled delivery that required a signature. It was planned for 4:30p EST to 8:30 EST. Seeing this, I took off from work from 3:00p to 7:00p (When I get off normally) to be home in time to receive the delivery. Your driver decided to arrive two hours early and mark my package as being undelivered due to no signature at 2:26 pm. at 3:03 I call and explain to them that I took off work and needed the package by Saturday and asked if there was any way for me to get the package either today or tomorrow. I was told that I would be able to pick up my package today if I agree to have it sent to your holding facility. I was told I would receive a call telling me when I would be beable to pick up the package and where within the hour. That turned out to be all lies. After an hour and some change, I call back to see what is going on. I again got told that I would be able to pick up the package today and that I would get a call, to just be patient. I call again after some time and I am now told I am going to have to wait until Monday, That there is nothing that can be done. I can't come to get that package on Monday. My work schedule is 7a-7p M-F as I own a business. It is very hard for me to take time off and the fact that I did it just to have this happen is very frustrating and honestly extremely poor customer service on UPS's part.

UPS insurance is a waste of time and money. Unless you're prepared to spend weeks and many hours squabbling with them about an item they damaged, they will find a way to wiggle out of their legal responsibility. Bad UPS. Bad, bad, bad!!!

When I walked in three of the workers were standing around talking, I was not acknowledged. They finally helped when they were finished talking. Not friendly, rude behavior.

Ups Drivers won’t deliver to my house or drop it at main location for me to pick up. Instead they reroute my packages just so they can get lost in the UPS system. I feel like I have been spending more time than what the package is even worth just trying to investigate it. So far they’ve lost two UPS packages so far. Every time I call corporate there’s always an lie or an excuse. Then when I get to the actual office the front and staff is very friendly but yet the package is not there so they say but yet when I call corporate it’s there. I am not going to use UPS anymore due to this location. They shipped to a random location that I don’t even live at. Randomly misrouted the package deliberately. Who wants to do business with someone who’s trying to steal packages. They get a star one at least just with her customer service at the desk and their kindness other than that they don’t deserve anything but less than zero. Plus they wanted to charge me to pick up my package since they screwed up. How kind of them?
