We use this store often as it is the closest UPS store to us and their customer service is probably the best of any local business we patronize. And I don't mean any business in their same industry, I mean any business in any industry. Their associates are helpful, hardworking and always eager to explain any logistics process to you. Whoever is doing this branch's hiring and training is nailing it. Their employees are truly top notch and it is a pleasure doing business with them.

Who ever the 3 gentlemen were working at 11 at 11:30am they all need a raise! They were all so kind and not just answered my question but they explained what was going on with my missing package. I was super annoyed by my package not being there but by the time I left I was laughing! They were absolutely great!

EVERY TIME I come to your store I’m treated wonderfully!!! QUICK service, efficient, kind, incredible staff!!!!! They’re obviously highly trained! They also educate me as needed, on Amazon returns, and make me feel knowledgeable. FANTASTIC experience time and time again!!!

This experience had the potential to be terrible, but the store has stepped in quickly to get it resolved. There was an issue with swapped labels on the packages, but they have found the missing parcel in transit, and are working to re-send correctly. The in-store associate Daniel as well as the owner have been kind and professional in their communication. Mistakes do happen, but seeing a business own it, work to fix it, and do so with courtesy in the process is refreshing! Thank you.

These guys are the greatest. I drop of packages weekly and have always had a great experience. Brandon and Jeramiahare fast, personalble and super friendly. This is true customer service. Better than Chick-fil-A. We need more UPS service centers like these.
