This was my 1st time returning a package and I was greeted by Lisa with a smile. Lisa provided the most outstanding professional and courteous customer service. I wish there were more people who make customers feel valued and welcomed.

Love going to my local UPS store, they always take care of me and are very friendly. I can always depend on items to ship out to handled with care and UPS does it for me
