Veatrice and her studio are so unique. I had looked for dresses at a couple other wedding dress shops, but made an appointment at Unveiled because I could tell they had some unique dresses from the website. The whole appointment was intimate and wonderful. Veatrice even ordered some more sample dresses from the designer I liked, so I went back a second time to try on more. I picked a dress and was happy, but I ended up changing my mind a few weeks later… Veatrice handled it with ease and quickly got my order switched to a different dress. Everyone needs to shop at Unveiled! My dress looked amazing!

I have so much to say about Unveiled Bridal Studio and the owner, Veatrice. It’s a beautiful, well organized studio with so many unique gowns to choose from. Veatrice was very welcoming and accommodating to me and my guest. She allowed me to try on as many gowns I like and was very patient throughout the entire process. I did not choose my gown at my initial visit (I’m very indecisive) and Veatrice continued to check in with me and I did not feel pressured to saying “Yes” to the dress right away. A few months later, I went back into the studio and received exceptional customer service, just like the first visit. I was able to say “YES” to this beautiful Eddy K Bridal gown and Veatrice made it an easy transaction! If you’re looking for beautiful gowns, exceptional customer service, and professionalism, this is the place to go! You will not be disappointed. I must say I was a beautiful and happy bride on my big day!

As a plus sized bride (size 18 at the time), I had a hard time finding places around Chattanooga that even had sample dresses for me to try on. Before Veatrice, I'd gone to several places that claimed to have dresses I could try on (I always called beforehand to check sizing since bridal gowns run about 2 sizes smaller than the average store), only to arrive and be told they had nothing for me. It had gotten to the point where I was so discouraged and uncomfortable that I didn't want to try anything else on. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and did a number on my self esteem. Until Veatrice. Not only did she have plenty of dresses for me to try on, but she was courteous, respectful and fun! We had a great time discussing where I was in preparations, what my bride (f/f wedding) would be wearing etc. And most importantly, I wanted my dress to come in black! Veatrice had no problem getting my dress in black, taking the correct measurements and even adjusting for the bridal sizing. She stayed with me every step of the way and let me know when my dress had shipped, when my next payments were due and when my dress arrived in the shop. When I tried on my dress for the final time in her shop, she showed me complimentary pieces to help. Wonderful experience. She has a wide array of very unique dress styles for any body shape and size. Can't compliment her boutique enough! I've gotten so many compliments on my dress! She was the only person in Chattanooga to accommodate a black dress as well. If you're looking for a bridal gown/prom dress or even an evening gown, go with Veatrice at Unveiled Bridal. You will not be dissapointed.

My bridesmaids and I traveled from Atlanta to visit this store. Veatrice met us with a warm welcome that proceeded throughout our appointment. If you are in the Chattanooga area give Unveiled Bridal a try!!

We setup an appt on Sunday for Monday 3/13/23. The day before we had a horrible experience at another bridal shop next door to Hamilton Place mall. Our bride was still hopeful but we as bridesmaid and maid of honor was prepared to travel to Atlanta or another big city. First let me say the moment you step in you are greeted by the owner’s smile and grace. She was so humble and wanted to help our bride find exactly what she wanted. She listened to the details. Listening to music playing, candles lit and wine was amazing as we sat waiting to see our bride. The owner helped her get in the dress and made adjustments if needed. She then gave options that could make the dress everything our bride wanted and more. After trying on 3 other dresses it was the first one that had her and us in tears. If you’re in Chattanooga, TN or surrounding areas please make an appointment to experience the vibe for yourself. I wish we would’ve come here first but so glad we didn’t give up and gave it a chance. Unveiled Bridal is my recommendation for anyone looking for a personalized wedding dress experience.If you’re looking for a wedding dress, grab your girls and some wine and go!!!!

Never purchased a dress but the owner is very professional and friendly. Can tell she’s very passionate about what she does and isn’t just trying to catch a sale. If your looking to get married soon or know someone that’s looking definitely give unveiled bridal studio a try.

I decided to "just elope"!Because of that I didn't have the input of my friends and my mom. Just me V and stylist. When I arrived to my appointment they'd already picked three few dresses that matched the vague details I gave them. Which were "on a cliff somewhere in Hawaii, bohemian style"Needless to say they nailed it. V was exceptional from start to finish. She meet me at the seamstress for alterations and checked on me everyday until the event. I'm so happy I choose Unveiled.25 ✨ ✨ ?

Veatrice was so on point with everything she is literally the best I love my dress if you are looking for an over the top dress this is for sure the place to go you will NOT BE disappointed in no type of way! Great customer service and an impressive selection of inventory. Veatrice was warm and attentive (not only to the bride to be, but her guest as well), and she gave detailed information on all the selections chosen. She did not rush us through the appointment, but was very patient. I highly recommend supporting Unveiled Bridal Studios!

I enjoyed my time at her studio! I invited 3 of my friends and it was definitely a great atmosphere and very relaxing! It was my first time ever doing something like this and she made me feel comfortable and she was so sincere and genuine! I fell in love with Julie (The Dress) and I plan on having another viewing with my mom and mother in law! Definitely recommend!

OMG! The candle… I first smelled it at the Bridal show and they were sold out ? Good problem to have but I wanted it right then lol They promised to get me one soon and they did just that!
