Stylist Jennifer is fantastic with both adults and kids. Did both wife's and 2 year Olds hair and also pierced 2 year Olds ears with the caring and patients of a saint.

Made an appointment a month ago for my daughter to get her hair done, told them exactly what she wanted, got there today and now they don't have time to do what she wanted, said they can half way do the job when they was told in advance what wanted to be done, said they can schedule her in next Saturday ($300) to do what she wants but it can't be today, place really needs to get there scheduling together because now I have an upset daughter that's been waiting for a month to get this done and now she has to wait another week, I'm trying to find somewhere else to start doing her hair cause this is getting ridiculous !

I had a hair appointment today and I always walk out feeling like “a million bucks” The entire Ulta team of stylists at the Northgate store are very friendly and welcoming! Flor is my stylist, she is very talented. She listens to you and gives great advice. I love my color and my hair style. I wish I could give her 10 stars!! I highly recommend Flor.

I went into the store about 15 minutes after opening and maybe that is why I had a majority of my problems. A majority of the employees were dressed very poorly and looked like they were wearing pajamas. When I went to go check-out, there were about three employees blocking the customer check out line and gossiping and taking pictures at the mini-product section. While I stood there waiting for a register to open, another employee quite literally ran through the store to join the girls gossiping. I am a frequent Ulta shopper and this was the first time i’ve been let down by employees. Usually I am very easy going but the employees did not look “put together” and looked like they had just rolled out of bed. Which is not expected when you work at a beauty supply store.
