These people are wizards when it comes to chasing down A/C issues on large vehicles, especially those with front and rear units. They work quickly and communicate very promptly. The office staff is extremely nice and kind. Great place to have your large vehicles serviced.

Giving 5 star. Had to pickup trailer which was not their but the trailer had low air in tire. Jim put some free air on my trailer tire (great guy).

Had an AC unit go down while out on rent and Mike the mobile technician was able to jump right on the job! Excellent communication, fast response time, fast repair time and a very down to earth fella. Mike completed the job at a fair price and went above and beyond! Mrs. Andi in the office was as equally professional as well! Thanks again Tri State!

I've been to 2 other local shops for RV work, and I've been blown away at the poor quality of service I've been given and even finding out the insane level of price gouging the other companies did way after. Tri-State has been a life saver at every level, easily approached, they break down their work really well so you can have confidence in what they have done even if something happens and they can't help you. Top Tier Stuff and I'm Sending all my camper van buddies yall way.

Tri State Truck and RV in Chattanooga was excellent with their service, we broke down along the Highway in our RV and they were very fast about getting us in to get us back on the road. One of the best family operated businesses, everyone was very helpful and nice. Thank you for all your help.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! I'm a 5-star hands on builder and Architectural Engineer, 5-star skydiving instructor with the United States Parachute Association and a 5-star tourboat captain through the United States Coast Guard .. and Mike from this company is a piece of work!!! When they finished working we paid them over a grand and then we went inside the Airstream to check things out. Turns out there was a bad leak around the bathroom faucet. Mike agreed to come back and replace the faucet for an additional charge. Then as soon as they left I walked around to the back of the Airstream and water was shooting out of the pressure reduction valve like crazy!!! My brother Captain Wyn (who is also a 5-Star business owner) called Mike and asked if he could come back and correct the major problem he left and he said he would get back when he could. I got upset with this and then Mike jumped down my brother's throat for getting upset about their work. My brother had recently lost his leg in a tragic accident. I IMMEDIATELY APPOLOGIZED for getting upset and told Mike not to make two trips but just come and fix the problem when he came up to install new faucet. Mike's communication skills are terrible but Mike finally got back with us and said they weren't going to come back because I had gotten upset about their lousy workmanship. I'm very powerful on Google Reviews and I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

I have been a repeat client and the last time they made a mistake and then miscommunication cause more.... however the way the handled it and the great nature of this company is why I will always look highly on them. These people honestly do have great hearts and they restored my faith in humanity. Even though I was upset they handled me with patience care and grace. At the end all was corrected and and they did a great job keeping their word. I would recommend them highly.

Tri State was a life saver for us. We had a last minute motor go out on our slide out and they were able to get us in and out in a couple days. We thought we might have to cancel our trip. Mike and the guys communicated and did a perfect job. I even had a few miscellaneous things I wanted fixed on the inside and they took care of that also. We will always refer anyone to them.
